The people on reception were great and the rooms were cleaned brilliantly but we didn’t realise it has more of a back packers vibe than that of a hotel - only saying as if you are expecting five star hotel it’s not that BUT the room we had was very good and had washing machine so great but just want to manage expectations but the staff were great and only 2 days so not too upset but no coffee making machine if that’s what your vibe is

A great traditional Japanese experience. I’d recommend the Japanese breakfast and the excellent onsen. Wonderful staff made us very welcome.
