"Nice hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. There is a small amount of noise from truckers using air brakes on a newrby road, but not too bad. We were underwhelmed with breakfast selections. Generally a nice hotel and I would likely return."

"The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work."

"Checked in late evening (roughly 11pm) and departed before 7am. Turned in the keys at the front desk. About 7:15, a friendly worker called to see if we meant to return the keys, as we had a second night booked. We hadn't realized, but did mean to turn them in. She said she would leave a message for a manager to follow up with us about cancelling the second night. No one did, so I reached back out. I received a message saying the manager declined a refund. "I loved the courtyard outside and it was a comfortable place to spend the night for a concert about 15 minutes away. No issues. But definitely the courtyard was my favorite part of the hotel."

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "We were in room 309. Room was clean for the most part other than a sticky spot on the carpet that we tried avoid. Furniture pretty beat up and it looked like mold on the wall in the bathroom. No tv remote but the front desk was quick to get us one. Got down to the complementary breakfast at 7:30am and the eggs were gone and only 3 sausage links left. We were down there around 30 mins a the eggs never filled and 6 sausages were refilled. Coffee cups were out so I had to search the cabinets for...
