Enjoy Your vacation in this fun home so close to the beach. 37 Tuckerman Ave is a beautiful, modern home on a beach front compound located on Middletown's Easton's Point overlooking Newport's famous Cliff Walk. We know you will love MyOceanFrontHome!

This home is elevated by 18 feet because it is so close to the ocean so it has awesome views.

The main bedroom has a king and two twin beds with full bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd has a queen and a twin and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed with full bath in hall.

Open living/dining/kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy colorful sunsets from the living room and deck. Just bring your clothes because this home has everything you need for a great vacation.

Spend the day at the beach, afternoons sightseeing or shopping, and nights at lively restaurants and clubs on the harbor front. The property is within walking distance to Cliff Walk, Newport’s Easton’s Beach and Middletown’s Sachuest Beach. This home is one to two miles from Bellevue Avenue mansions and Yachting Center and three miles from Newport Country Club, Bailey’s Beach, New York Yacht Club, Ida Lewis Yacht Club and Sail Newport.

This home is in a perfect location to be away from the hectic traffic yet close enough to Bellevue Avenue for mansions and shopping, America's Cup Avenue for wharf and yacht area, and nearby conveniences and many restaurants. It is located between two of the most beautiful beaches in RI, Newport's Easton's Beach and Middletown's Sachuest Beach. Newport is known as 'America's First Summer Resort,' and is the home of The International Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Preservation Society and Newport Mansions, The Newport Jazz Festival, The Newport Music Festival and the Newport Film Festival. This home is close to Carnegie Abbey and Newport National, known for world class golfing.

Activities at your doorstep include swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, & sunbathing on Newport's Easton's (1st) Beach. On the rocks to the left of the beach enjoy fishing and snorkeling. Easton's Beach has a playground & live weekly entertainment.

Middletown's Sachuest (2nd) Beach is just 1/2 mile away with the best surfing in Rhode Island. Families with young children will enjoy Middletown's third Beach with no waves and a boat ramp with windsurfing at the north end. Just a short walk to popular restaurants & pubs including Tickets, Diego's, Aquidneck Pizza, Rocco and Mia's Pizza, Atlantic Grille, Johnny's Atlantic Beach Resort & Flo's Clam Shack. The Cliff Walk & Bellevue Avenue shopping & mansions are just 1 mile away & Newport's waterfront wharves, yachting, restaurants & shopping are 2 miles away.
This home has air conditioning, BBQ gas grill on deck, outside 'after-swim' shower, laundry washer & dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, gas stove, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, utensils, glasses, pots & pans, cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD, Internet access, all linens including bath towels, beach towels, sheets & comforter sets, deck furniture with table, chairs, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys for kids, boogie boards, swing set, & children's playhouse with large yard.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything we needed for our 14-month-old — a perfect crib, high chair, and plenty of baby-friendly supplies, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The furnishings were comfortable and practical, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with young kids!

Annual Trip with Kids

Great property with all the amenities needed for cooking and entertaining children. Simple access to the beach which allows cold and rainy days to be beach days as well. Julie was very helpful from trip planning to check out.

It was really awesome stay . The Host is exceptionally nice and helpful. She was always responsive and proactive ex, the route to the house , near by spa etc . House was extremely clean and all essential items were there.

Marathon Home

I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owner. Amazing location for us given the marathon route when right by our driveway at the midpoint. Couldn’t have been any better and know this would be a perfect summertime spot. Very short walk to beach and dining options so park your car when you arrive and leave it until you check out.

Amazing stay in a fabulous location

The owner was very flexible with our check-in plans and the house was very clean, comfortable and included all the necessary amenities for a long weekend stay. We were 7 adults and two children, and house was great for kids too. Location to the beach was ideal and downtown Newport is a short uber ride away. Highly recommend and a very relaxing stay

This house and location are incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked, every beach item you could want is available, there are plenty of toys games and gear for kids and babies, the list goes on and on. We had a wonderful time.

Bachelorette Weekend

Great location, great view of the ocean! The home beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Julie was a terrific host and provided lots of restaurant recommendations and activities in the area! She stayed in touch and answered any questions we had right away. She even allowed us to check in a little earlier so we could decorate before the bride arrived! We all had a great time and will surely be back!

Great View near Newport, RI

Beautiful, full stocked home ready to go for a long family weekend near Newport, RI. Right by the beach with all the amenities needed for family vacation away from home. Julie was a pleasure to work with and worked with us on a few special requests. Pictures of the property and surroundings are accurate and give the right impression of what to expect. Long time local restaurants are nearby and are a short walk. We'll be back soon!

Great house steps away from the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay celebrating my sister's 50th bday. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and the house was incredibly clean, plenty of towels to shower and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months since its so close to the beach. The check in process was super smooth and the hose was very responsive and accommodating. A+++.

Great week away!

Our Easton's point stay was perfect! We booked this trip for our annual friends trip. There were 4 couples and 3 babies that were age 1 and under. It was the perfect location being close to the beach and made it easy to bring a ton of extra things for the babies. The bedrooms were good size to fit a pack and play and were even bigger than what we expected based on the listing pictures. The house was clean and communication with the owner was seamless. This was also a great location to walk to local restaurants and a very easy ride into town. The property was really well stocked. Endless shower/beach towels, beach accessories, chairs, etc. You really don't have to pack much! This was the perfect summer vacation and week away with friends.

Best vacation home we've ever stayed in

Besides the superb location next to the beach in Newport and the great condition the house, it is apparent that the host Julie has taught of everything. From beach towels chairs and toys to all the laundry and dishwasher soap, bath and facial tissues, coffee, salt and pepper, etc, there wasn't a thing that we would have wanted that wasn't already there. She is immediately accessible for our every question. It is apparent that she not only takes a lot of pride in her vacation homes but she has thought through every angle to provide her guests with great value for the money. She rents her properties as if she were staying there herself. Just a great experience.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Julie thought of everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, tone of towels for bath and beach. We were 8 people and plenty of room in the Livingroom, dining and porch. We all loved being 1 minute from a great beach to relax on and walk.

Wonderful Beachside Stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this home perfectly located steps from the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked (we especially appreciated the abundance of clean towels for our ocean dips!). Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!

Our family of six adults found the property a perfect fit for us. Immaculate, comfortable and in a perfect location between water views and proximity to town center. This host also owns another house next door which will make for a perfect family reunion get away at 8 bedrooms ( multiple beds in many of the bedrooms) in total between the two houses. Julie was a thoughtful host. I highly recommend this rental.
