Beach location! Salve Graduation and Memorial Day Open Large and breezy beach loft just a few minute walk to Easton's Beach and so close to Second Beach! Newly renovated with light and airy furnishings, including new mattresses! This is a stand alone 2 level cottage which spans 1400 sq feet, with an oversized second floor king bedroom! Adorable sleeping nook that opens up from the king bedroom that holds a twin bed. Also, new daybed added on separate wall of this bedroom. AC splits on each level for those hot and humid days. Patio with gas grill
Can sleep 7 if you don't mind lack of privacy and sharing the one bathroom. King Bed upstairs along with twin bed off this room. Also daybed on opposite wall of this room. (very large) Main level has a bedroom with a queen bed. Open living/dining area . Oversized 2 bedroom!! Laundry! Cute outdoor patio for grilling and awesome neighborhood for kids to ride bikes in! So close to the beaches! Only a couple minutes to drive to Newport Wharfs. Parking for 4 cars in tandem.
This is a stand alone cottage that is entirely yours to use. You also have a private side patio to enjoy for BBQ's. Parking for up to 4 cars too. Please make note, that the laundry is located on the first floor, which can be locked from your unit.....my cleaner does occasionally have to enter through the side door to turn over front cottage.
We are mostly available by phone. We have a property manager that is only minutes away and can handle any immediate problem that you may encounter.
cute neighborhood that is roughly a 5 minute walk to Easton's Beach and about a 15 minute walk to Second Beach. There a few restaurants that are a five minute walk for a quick bite. Liquor store is also near restaurants. Streets a safe for kids to ride bikes as everyone drives slowly there. Grab a coffee in the morning and take a stroll to the beaches!!
You can walk to beaches and some dining. Driving is very easy in this area. There is a bus, but not used much and the pick up is a bout a mile away.
This beach cottage is large for a 2 bedroom. The second level King bedroom has a nook off of it that has a twin bed in, for extra sleeping. However it is not private. On the opposite wall of the King bed is a daybed, for extra sleeping. We also own the front cottage which sits in front of this big cottage. You could rent both for larger gatherings and between the two cottages is a nice size yard. Owner request permission for any parties though.

We were in town for the Audrain Motor week. The location was perfect, close to all the events. Plenty of parking for our trailer and cars. Very comfortable & clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Beach cottage

Clean, thoughtful, excellent location

Fully equipped cozy cottage! Very clean and organized. Located in a quiet neighborhood but super convenient to walk around and experience local restaurants and the beach. Communication is smooth and pleasant. Recommend to everyone especially family staying.

Very Walkable

My husband, 2 adult children and dog had a wonderful stay. We were thrilled that we were able to walk to so many places. We enjoyed walking to Easton Beach as well as Rejects Craft Brewery, Diego’s, and Clementine’s for ice cream. We were also able to walk to a close by trolley stop and take the free trolley into Newport. Be sure to get the schedule and also a note, it does tend to run 5-10 minutes late. We had a fantastic time! We are all hoping to go back to this lovely property again!

Great stay!

We had a group of three (one is an infant) and the house was very comfortable and big for our group size. The layout was a little different than I imagined from the pictures but in a good way, it ended up being more spacious and having more beds than I thought. But most of them were clustered in the top loft which has two beds and a futon. And then another bedroom on the second floor by the kitchen and living room. With our group size the one bathroom wasn’t an issue. It was also nice that they had beach chairs and towels available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning! Nice and spacious home. You could walk to one of the nearby beaches but this would entail walking on the road through the neighborhood (about a 10 minute walk). Pleasant and quiet neighborhood area. We especially enjoyed walking to Clementines for homemade ice cream each night!

Can't wait to come back!

This property was awesome. The listing was highly accurate. Check-in was super easy. It was a backhouse over a garage with two stories worth of bedrooms, a full kitchen, lovely views, and everything a vacationing family could need. For us, the location was completely ideal. There's a little italian cafe at the bottom of the hill with outstanding sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. To. Die. For. You're in a quite, adorable neighborhood but also super close to downtown Newport and the beaches. We stayed in the winter and this place was cozy and comfortable, but we'd love to come back in the summer and check-out the beaches. Pro-tip: if you come here, do the beaches, the cliff walk, and downtown, but do not forget to check out goat hiking at Simmons Organic Farm right up the road. It was the highlight of our trip!! Can't wait to some stay here again.

We were looking to rent a property in a great location, with a spacious floor plan, comfortable beds and in walking distance to both Easton and Sachuest beaches…and we found it! There are many great restaurants nearby and we are so close to Newport!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Diane M.

Great space for our family of four. The only downside is the upstairs does not have door, so no privacy. Aside from that, it has everything a family need to explore the area. Great food option within walking distance. Beach is nearby so it was great to take the kids after nap.

Unexpected Room and Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we were surprised how much open space was. The upstairs is open and was fun for my kids to play their imagination games. You absolutely cannot beat this location. Plenty of restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. Plus it is literally a 5 min drive to downtown Newport and also very easy to get to places outside of Newport. We had an issue with the property when we checked in but the owner and property manager were prompt to fix it and very easy to communicate with which actually made me like this place more. These homes are old and are being rented so things come up. The owner and property manager are genuine about you enjoying your stay so they are on top of it if anything comes up. I would book a stay here again.

Cute cottage in Middletown

We loved our stay in this tastefully decorated cottage which is just minutes outside of Newport! Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms comfortable, and living area is inviting. This is a great find! Location is fantastic- beaches and restaurants all close by.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location

Five of us gathered for a sisters weekend in October and had a great time. Adorable, nicely decorated house just as pictured in ad. Spacious, comfortable beds, very clean and within walking distance to beach and restaurants and short drive to downtown Newport. The house is down a driveway behind another house so a little easy to miss when first arriving since our GPS indicated house next door was our destination so just look down driveways to find it. The bathroom is small but functional and plenty of spaces in house for 5 girls to do hair and makeup. We will rent again when in Newport.

Perfect choice for our family

We had a great vacation at this lovely house. Location was residential and quiet, a short drive from everything we wanted to see while in Newport. The property manager was attentive to our needs and questions. The house was spacious and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!
