"We found this accommodation suited us very well for 4 days as a base for touring the local area. It was fresh, clean and confortable. The hot tub was very private and easy to set up. Off street parking was for our sole use and was immediately next to door and internal stairs leading up to property. The room was heated individually, controlled in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of hot and cold choices. Highly recommend especially due to the onsite parking which is a bonus in York.
