"They do the big things like a nice gym and free laundry well, but they miss the little things that matter. No TP in our room, coffee machines down, staff that can’t relate well to customers and is poorly trained. They need to refocus on those little things. They matter the most. "

The only issue I had was that we couldn't adjust the temperature of the AC in our room (I like it ice cold lol), but it was still a comfortable temperature. "I had this room reserved and when I arrived to check in at the front desk the already fed-up employee said nope we are full! Eventually I got him to look at my phone and see that we did in fact have a confirmed reservation under my name at this very location. After some digging on the computer, he told us they must have overbooked and thus cancelled our room, but we "should get a refund". We had driven across the country at this point and now had nowhere to stay. The staff made it very obvious...
