The staff was friendly. The surrounding area had enough eating options. The beach wasn't too far. Hotel room was outdated and not very clean, also dim. The gym equipment was ancient- the treadmill, setting was on manual but would randomly speed up. No water or towels in the dispenser or towel rack in the gym. First time I've been unhappy with a Wydham property.

First room, the door was broken. Second room was NOT clean and had mold (I have pictures). Third room was ok but there was no remote to our TV. We eventually got one. The pool was a hot mess(Sunday) due to some sort of "party" there and we couldn't use it due to the amount of kids in there(besides mine) and the mess that they left. The front desk staff was great through this all.

We could not flush our toliet because when we woke up Saturday morning the water was almost overflowing. Called downstairs they said they no manager on duty till Monday. Maintenance was not available until 9am. They brought us towels to our room in case the toilet overflowed. We left to go find breakfast because it was very nasty down where the free breakfast was, so many people. We went and ate, I realized I had forgot to take my medicine. When I got back to hotel, no one had still been there to unclog the toliet. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the bathtub was gross with black sludge around handle in the tub and the drain. Very dirty in corners of our bathroom and the room. The air conditioner was gross. We went down to get new key cards because we couldn’t get in our room when we got back Saturday night. A man was very upset because he had 2 small children and went to Walmart and bought some food to make in the microwave and he said his microwave did not work. The gal working at the front desk that evening was very rude with him. She told him there were no extra microwaves. He could’ve had ours. She did give us a new keys and we were able to get in our room. I have several pictures. I took of the inside of our room and bathroom. When we left on Sunday, Olivia that worked there was very kind and brought us a card with the managers name. She kept apologizing. There needs to be more workers like her. I have lots of pictures I took. And I hope to hear from someone.

Property was not what I was expecting had a wilder style theme to it room smelled like smoke even though no smoking. Would give it a two out of five overall.

I had some trouble at the hotel with room. Not clean & the tv didnt work. Hailey chamged my room & that helped me out. Kim also took care of me. Walmart is across the street & restaurants are minutes away.

We booked a two night stay but only stayed one night. It was late and we already had our kids and belongings in the room. The room was dirty throughout. The bathroom was the worse. Dirt, hair bathroom products in the walls. This room was clearly not cleaned at all. There was food and various stains on the walls and the carpet was dirty. When I asked about getting it cleaned the girl at the desk gave me a bottle of cleaner and a rag. There was also no shower curtain and we were told they didn’t have any to put on. The lobby, I tried to believe was filthy because it was the end of the night but was the same when we came down to check out in the morning. Mud on the tile, piles of dirt on the carpet. The pool was small and the water very cloudy. The manager was nice enough to refund our stay but I won’t go out of my way to stay at this brand of hotel again.

Orange Juice was empty at 8:20 am - Front desk lady stated: orange juice is gone and wont be refilled. I was stunned by the comment. Beds were comfortable. However. Waste basket in bathroom was dirty. Pool had bandaids laying around the pool Will not be going back to this hotel.

It's basically what you'd expect in a Microtel. The beds were clean and comfortable, which was our primary need. There were clean towels that were a bit rough...also an expectation. The AC worked, there was a microwave and refrigerator, and the breakfast and vending machines were adequate. The hallways were dirty, the walls in the room were dirty, and the the desk and tables were dusty. I was expecting all of this to be the case for $80 a night, but I also don't feel comfortable rating more than a two star for what we got.

The room was very dirty. Bathroom toilet seat needed cleaned, shower and shower curtain was dirty. The trash can it looked like someone soiled in it. Fridge and was dirty. Bed sheets were stained or hadn’t been changed. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

First let me say the beds were comfortable, that’s important. Beyond that, I can only surmise the 10 point reviews are fake. The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy. Hair in the shower, s*** dripping down the wall in the bathroom, no cups, empty toilet bottles, ran out of tissues. Screen on window was completely bent, not a pleasant view through a broken up screen. Oh, and the room had a bad smell. AC was noisy and made obnoxious sounds when it kicked on and off which was constantly. Breakfast runs till 9. We were down at 8:30AM and most of the food was gone and we were told no more food was coming out. Pool area was so toxic smelling we could not stay in there. Definitely would not stay again.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Supposed to be a bob smoking room, but have an overwhelming smell of smoke. Customer service said they could not switch rooms as they were sold out but offered us a glade plug in air freshener. Sheets were dirty and had stains on them like they were not changed from the previous reservation. Carpet was filthy. Walls were disgusting… bathroom walls had human feces and blood marks. Fresh tows that were delivered had long black hairs in them. And house keeping only comes every other day to make the beds. I would rather stay in my truck than ever go back to this place.

Staff were kind and polite. The room was a lot smaller than expected. Bedding was uncomfortable. Not one of the three pillows provided gave proper support. They need to be replaced. Not the worst, but won’t be returning.

Room wasnt clean yet when i arrived at 3:30, trash in bathroom can, tried to get taken care of but they just took our trashcan and didnt return it, table had peices broken and hanging off. Room smelled like smoke. Only plus side was breakfast and friendly staff.

When I checked in it was around 4 pm I believe. upon walking into the lobby to the front desk there is this overwhelming fragrance that resembles the sent of marijuana being smoked / vaped. This is not a environment I want to be around. I get up to my room, give it a look over. The room" itself was clean nice and welcoming, It could use another chair. However I didn't feel safe in that room that night. The latch that you flip over to help prevent the door from opening was missing. You could see the door had been priced oped before. I could smell pot in my room especially the bathroom. Definitely not a hotel I would want to bring my family to. I was a female traveling alone this time.
