"Very happy with our stay. However, it was very confusing to understand how to check in. On hotels.com it says you can only check in during certain hours but in reality you smack check in at any time. Also tried to contact the hotel but none of the numbers worked."

"We stayed at Krakow for You for 7 days, and it was the perfect choice. The location can’t be beat—right in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, just steps from the historic Market Square. The service was excellent from start to finish. They arranged airport pick-up and drop-off in their luxury vehicles at a very reasonable price, and even helped with transportation to a wedding an hour outside the city.
