"El hotel está bastante bien, amables, limpio, cómodo y habitaciones espaciosas, luminosas y mirando hacia el río Mosela, desde de allí puedes hacer bonitos paseos, está en frente de Coblenza por lo que sí está algo alejado de las visitas al centro, pero tampoco es un problema mayor. Lo que menos me gustó es que pegado al hotel pasa el tren, y tanto el ruido como algunas trepidaciones de la habitación no permiten un buen descanso por la noche. "

"Hotel was clean and had breakfast from 6-10 every morning for a purchase. I loved our rooms and bathroom. The place had a cozy atmosphere to it and pleasant view from my window. Each room had a portable fan and I could open the window for a fresh air! First I was disappointed that rooms had no A/C , since we were there in August. But, with windows open letting fresh mountain air in and the fan, I spent a very comfortable night there. "

"Very nice hotel in a quiet environment. The whole property is nicely decorated. Especially at night the scenery is beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. I also recommend the restaurant for dinner. Good parking availability. Staff is very friendly. Only minor: the WIFI in my room was unstable. Otherwise: very warmly recommended. I was there for business purpose, but would definitely consider to stay there with the family. Especially kids will love this place too."

"We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!"

Das Nichtraucher Zimmer stinkt furchtbar nach kalten Zigarretten Rauch und im Bad stinkt es nach Kanalisation. Aber ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Viele saubere Handtücher, Duschgel und Seife im Bad, der Fernseher ist nicht so toll. Das Bett mit 90x200cm exakt für mich, Einzelperson gebucht. Außer Tisch und Stuhl war nur das Bett als abstellfläche vorhanden. Dusche konnte die Wassertemperatur nicht geregelt werden. Fernseher war nur nach langemsuchen ein Programm zu finden. Alles andere war ohne Beanstandung. Hätte das Zimmer 50,-€ gekostet wären diese Unannehmlichkeiten ärgerlich gewesen aber so. Personal und Bewirtung ist...
