Dear Hotel/Accommodation Management ULIV,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property from December 10th-December 15th in my room 108.
The room did not meet my expectations. It was very dark and felt neglected. Specifically, we did not receive any cleaning service or fresh towels until three days into our stay, and only after we had complained. Furthermore, basic necessities such as toilet paper were missing, and there was not even a broom provided to sweep the room. The overall aesthetic was dark, as the room was situated in a corner with very little natural light throughout the day.
I would like to know if there is anything that can be done regarding the price we paid, or if there is any possible compensation for the issues experienced during our stay.
