We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless - truly one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and just breathe a little. And the horses… they were the sweetest cherry on top and made the experience even more special. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! Great location and perfect for our dogs. The best amenity was of course the morning visits from Faith and Queen. Ami was great to respond to our questions and they had everything we needed for an stress-free weekend. We really appreciated there were k-cups, tea, and sugar and creamer available along with bathroom toiletries in case we forgot anything. It’s the little things that sometimes make the biggest difference. If we are in the area again, this will be the top of our list!

Weekend getaway

We stayed here on a getaway to visit my mom. We had a great stay on the farm. The barn was clean, and beds were comfortable. We even got to give the horses a treat! Will definitely stay here the next time we’re visiting.

What a wonderful place for our weekend getaway! The Barn was so beautifully decorated and contained everything we needed from the full kitchen all the way down to an extra toothbrush and paste. We definitely plan to book the Barn again on our next visit!

We were coming to the area for our son’s college graduation. This place was a bit out of the way from where we needed to be, but we knew that going in. We discovered a great BBQ in Metter. Everything was perfect

Quiet and Relaxing

The barn was a perfect place for use to get away for a weekend and relax. Plenty of space for 5 adults to spread out and relax. Very quiet and secluded but still close enough to town with great places to eat. Only a 30 minute drive for us to go visit with our son at GSU and attend a game. We enjoyed watching the horses in the pasture too.

Wonderful Stay

We were in the area for a wedding. The Red Barn was recommended by the bride, as it was close to the venue. It was perfect for the 5 of us. As a bonus, my grandchildren got to feed the horses, as the owners left treats for the animals. The location is also nice and quiet. Town was less than 10 minutes away. A very peaceful stay.

Don't be put off by the fact that this is a barn. It is an incredibly well done renovation of a unique property that allows easy access to both Metter and Statesboro.

We drove down for GSU Parents weekend. We usually stay in Statesboro, but decided we wanted a more chill vibe for this weekend and a place we could bring our dog. The barn was perfect. Inside was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including full kitchen, grill, mattress toppers(slept great), and unique rustic features throughout. An added bonus, were their sweet horses who greeted us each time we were outside. Our dog also loved them. We were able to grill out, then do s’mores, listen to music at night by the fire pit. It was perfect family weekend, and an easy drive to Statesboro to tailgate and watch the football game. We would love to stay here again!

Quiet and Relaxing!

I had an amazing time at the Barn! The interior was immaculately laid out with updated furnishings. It had everything I needed. Outside I was able to sip my coffee on the rocking chairs overlooking the horses in the pasture. Nothing could have been better! I will definitely come back!

A lovely family get together.

My husband and I traveled from Texas to Georgia to have a great visit before my grandson who is leaving for a 3 yrs deployment for the Marines. He will be stationed on the Island of Guam and we wanted some quality time with him before he leaves. We had a wonderful visit with his aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The firepit was a welcome place for everyone. There were some tall tales, tender remembrances and marshmallow toasting. We had the perfect place for family members to be able to come and go with ease. The children loved the horses, and we have so many pictures of them feeding the horses. Ami was an excellent hostess. She always answered our calls and attended to our every concern. We appreciated her so much. If I am able to make another trip to Georgia, I hope The Barn will be available. Thank you so much, Ami
