"宿自体はとてもキレイで快適だったが、残念ながら隣のEAST宿泊者に恵まれず不満が残った。特に畳の部屋が隣接しているようで、話の内容まで丸聞こえ。日付が変わっても宴会を続け、オーナーの奈良旅館に直接電話し注意してもらっても改善されず、結局眠気が勝るまで寝付けなかった。
尚案内メールに記載の携帯電話は夜間のためか繋がらず、ネットで調べた固定電話に電話して対応していただいた。その点においてコミュニケーションを星2とした。
宿自体、宿側の対応に落ち度はないだけにとても残念でした。"

"Fun experience in a traditional Japanese hotel. The dinner and lunch were great. Being right in the park made it super easy to visit the temple and feed the deer. The public bath is on the smaller side, but does the job. They called us a cab to the train station when we checked out which was nice. "

"Hotel with decent location and a very authentically Japanese onsen experience. Clean semi ryokan experience. The hotel price also includes onsen and some free snacks thereafter. Breakfast is decent with lots of varieties.
However there are some restrictions the hotel enforces: e.g. shoes must be off when you enter the hotel to avoid stepping on the tatami mats. The car park is an automated car vending machine so you have to wait for your car to be delivered every time you need to use it.
