"We (family of four) spent four nights at The Kimberly Hotel. It was our second time and we loved it. We had a suite on the 30th floor and the view was stunning! The beds are very comfortable, the suite was clean and the furniture was antique and beautiful. The area is safe, there are a lot of shops and restaurants just around the corner. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. It’s not cheap, but worth it. We will definitely come again! "
"We would give the Langham and their staff a 100 stars if that was available. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The front desk staff person who checked us in was incredibly kind by upgrading us to a junior suite after inquiring about our 20th anniversary stay. The junior suite was absolutely amazing front the views to the enormous bathroom with soaking tub to the most comfy bed. The room had everything you wanted or needed.

From the fun conversation at morning breakfast, to the attention of the front desk and the door person knowing that it might rain and offering an umbrella for the walk to our show. "We had a very pleasant two-night stay here. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient—everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
One suggestion: it would be great to have a mini refrigerator in the room. Our deluxe king room had a well-stocked minibar, but there wasn’t any space for us to store our own items.
Other than that, we have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and might gladly return."

Rooms are well designed and well appointed and rather generously sized for Manhattan. Free filtered water is available at the water machine on every floor with free bottles. Every hotel should have this. The lounge on the top floor offers stunning views of the Midtown skyline, especially at night. "
