A comfortable 55-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to people with disabilities).

The property is located in a residential complex in Messina, in a neighborhood equipped with all amenities and well-connected to the city’s main attractions.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, and two balconies.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table, double sofa bed, and TV;

- KITCHENETTE with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- 2 BALCONIES accessible from the living room and the bedroom; the latter is furnished with a small table and outdoor chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split system in the bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Guests will also have access to the building’s courtyard, where they can park their vehicle, subject to availability (which are neither guaranteed nor reserved).



PLEASE NOTE:

- The property does NOT have Wi-Fi.

- The split A/C unit in the living room is NOT working.

- There are a few steps to climb before reaching the elevator.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

- from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: EUR 25;

- from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 30.

Check-in is not possible after midnight, even for a fee.



Messina is a city rich in history, overlooking the Strait that separates it from Calabria, a crossroads of Sicilian culture and Mediterranean influences. Among its main attractions are the Cathedral with its famous astronomical clock, the Orion Fountain, the Norman church of the Annunziata dei Catalani, the Regional Museum with works by Caravaggio, and the panoramic views from the Temple of Christ the King and the Sanctuary of Montalto. Strolling through its streets means immersing yourself in a fascinating blend of art, the sea, and traditions.

The property is located in a quiet and well-connected area, about 10–15 minutes from the historic center by public transportation, and easily accessible on foot as well. It’s a convenient location for exploring the city without sacrificing the tranquility of a residential neighborhood, with all essential amenities nearby.

- From Messina Station, you can reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by bus by taking the line toward Viale Giostra and getting off at the Via Fratelli di Mari stop, which is a 4-minute walk away.



- From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, take a shuttle to Catania Station, then a train to Messina, and continue as described above.



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park in the open-air parking lot within the apartment complex. Parking is NOT guaranteed or reserved; it is subject to availability.
