We heat the pool up to 90°F! Unlike many rentals, you’ll get full app access to control the lights, jets, and temperature for both pool & spa. No twist-timers, no limits—just relax and enjoy.

Maximum Occupancy (Per Mesquite Municipal Code): Up to 12 adults (age 12+). Children under 12 are not counted toward this limit.

Our home includes enough beds to accommodate families, but no more than 12 adults may stay overnight, per city regulations.

This property was rented for its size and location, as we were attending a funeral and was close to church. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the dryer was full of sheets. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool as they charge an extra fee to heat them, which was not expected. Communication was good but we were disappointed in extra cost and not properly cleaned.

Only stayed for a short night but we were entranced with the property. It was beautiful! Our kids played in the game room for the small amount of hours we were there and had a blast. I will say, it is kind of a bummer you have to pay to heat the hot tub and pool! For about 600 a night, that seems pretty steep to tack on an extra dollar amount to warm it. All in all, such a fun experience! Wish we could’ve had a few more days!

The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen for a rental that I’ve ever seen! The beds are super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the fire pit was just the right touch.

The house was very clean. The host/house offers plenty of amenities. Four of us stayed for a guys weekend of golf. We all looked forward to going back to the house, to chill in the hot tub. Highly recommended.

Garbage FULL in can in the kitchen and master, hair in the bathroom, even in the drawers, used linen left on bed and unwashed sheets in washer and towels in dryer. BBQ was filthy and turns out not working. The owner was very apologetic and refunded the cleaning fee without me asking to. He stated that he would hire a new cleaning person.

Beautiful home. Fun games and pool. We had a wonderful time with the kids. Host responded fast with any questions we had and was always pleasant to work with. We would definitely rent again for a getaway with friends and/or family.

Birthday golf adventure

This house is amazing! If i could give more than 5 stars I would. It accommodated 8 adults with ease. The location is perfect for golf and the casinos. We used the kitchen for meals everyday as well as the pool and jacuzzi. The host checked in with us a few times during the course of the stay to make sure everything was good for us, which it was. This house is a perfect fit for a group our size or a couple of familys. Ill definitely be staying here a gain when i am back up this way.

Great house in Mesquite

This was a great house to stay in for multiple reasons. It is new and clean and set up with everything you need for comfort and functionality. The house is new and everything worked and is modern. The neighborhood is super easy to get to and just a few minutes drive from all of the important things in Mesquite. We would totally stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations!! You can't go wrong staying here for any reason while in Mesquite. We had our extended family ranging in age from 10 to 75 and everyone had a great time
