Great Ground Level Getaway! Sleeps 6.

Thank you for considering this cute little getaway condo. This is a comfortable 2 bedroom (king beds), 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 2 full bath condominium on the ground level of this clean complex. This unit includes a full kitchen with all the amenities you need prepare a fabulous meal or quick snack. Make yourself at home, or work, with our WiFi, Smart 4k TV and cable with a wide selection of channels to choose from. If you have an account, we welcome you to log into your favorite provider, Network, Disney, Roku...to name a few. Alexa sits on the counter waiting to provide you with all the information you need.... Hey Alexa... tell me a joke!
You can sit on the front porch and relax and enjoy the night air and starry sky. If you want to eat outside, there is a community BBQ area and a great park at the bottom of the hill for the kids to enjoy, to walk the dogs, or to stretch your legs after riding in the car. Mesquite is home to several amazing golf courses and 3 major casinos - there's no reason to sit around bored (unless that's your pleasure). We encourage you to 'unplug' and relax. Mesquite is also within a quick 1-hour drive to some awesome outdoor adventure lands: Zion National Park or the Valley of Fire! Go explore!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful vacation condo. Ground level was a plus with easy access to parking. The location to the condo is close to casinos, numerous golf courses, and the desert. For those who wish to bring your off road vehicles there is plenty of parking for your toys and/or trailers. The pool is very convenient and the property is wonderfully kept. As this is also a residential community it was a nice, quiet location to rest and relax. The condo is fully appointed with everything you need for your stay, whether it be a long weekend or several weeks. We are hoping to make it back again soon.

Beautiful place

My family and I have never stayed nor rented a VRBO so we browsed the internet and came across Paula and Bruce’s Condo for our mini vacation for the lanterns festival in mesquite, Nv. When we arrived at the property it was in a great location. The condo itself was set up as if you were in your own home, it was very clean, the decor was very nice to see. We wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in the future. Any questions we had or concerns “as it was our first ever stay in a VRBO ” Paula was amazing in answering them for us. We would most definitely and highly recommend Paula and Bruce’s Condo as in our experience was amazing and our trip it self was wonderful. Thank you Paula and Bruce for the beautiful place and making it homie for us to stay in as well as fully furnished for our needs. If anyone would like to stay in this condo, please reach out to Paula and Bruce to rent their property in mesquite for a nice stay you will NOT be disappointed we were not we LOVED it.

Property & Management was EXCELLENT

We enjoyed our stay, the property was well maintained and clean. Paula & Nelly were great to deal with, they made sure our stay was pleasant, I really appreciate how attentive those two were & Paula had just had surgery and still was recovering but still got back to me with my questions within minutes, remarkable customer service.

Great Getaway

We loves this condo, it was very clean and welcoming, very comfortable beds. I loved that it was on the ground floor and had a covered parking spot. We used the pool and it was small but was great for us. It got a little crowded one afternoon but nothing that would keep us away. I'd definitely stay here again. Check in was smooth and was communicated very well to us.

One night in Mesquite

We needed a place to stay for one night, before heading to Valley of Fire State Park. The location was just what we needed. We enjoyed the front porch. The condo was perfect for our use.Unfortunately, the kitchen dishes were not clean. The throw blanket in the living room was very dirty. The primary bedroom and bathroom had several hairs about. The bed was not firm enough for sleep.We were basically comfortable there. But, that is it.

Special Gem in Mesquite

Great Mesquite Condo

The property is located in a nice condo community with up to date feel. The parking is close to the condo and conveniently located. The condo is very nice inside with two full bathrooms. We loved the king size beds and slept really well. The kitchen was great and everything worked well. The couch was comfortable and nice. We really enjoyed the condo and will stay there again.
