Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und liegt idyllisch auf einem großen, schönen Gartengrundstück.Besonders begeistert hat uns die hervorragende Lage: Von hier aus lassen sich viele sehenswerte Orte und Ausflugsziele in Apulien bequem erreichen. Gleichzeitig bietet die Unterkunft eine angenehme Ruhe und ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen.Auch die nahe gelegene Stadt Mesagne hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dort findet man eine schöne Auswahl an Restaurants sowie Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf.Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Prima gelegen huis, dichtbij leuk stadje en ook centraal om heel Puglia te ontdekken. Buiten met rust en ruimte en groen maar niet geisoleerd (een kleine community) of afgelegen. Heel fijn dat er airco is en volledig uitgeruste keuken!

Das Haus liegt ortsnah zu Mesagne in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus bietet für 2-3 Personen ausreichend Raum für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Leider fehlte es an Liegestühlen, so dass ein Außenaufenthalt lediglich in der Sitzgruppe möglich war. Der Eigentümer Tiziano versprach dies zeitnah zu verbessern . Die Küchenausstattung ist für ein etwas ambitionierteres Kochen leider noch nicht ganz stimmig. Mit etwas Improvisierungsgeschickt aber durchaus ausreichend. Ansonsten ist alles in einem modernen und ansprechenden Zustand. Tiziano ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter und hält viele Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants bereit. Wir danken ihm für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Central and Quiet in Salento

We had a great time in Mesagne. Very quiet and central to drive to the different places. WiFi was good. Kitchen has all necessary things. Two bathrooms. Lots of space. Messgne is a nice place itself with excellent restaurants. Really enjoyed it

A Most Comfortable Base

The house is a very comfortable place to base yourself for a visit to southern Puglia. It is very well equiped and situated in extensive grounds. It is only a few minutes drive from Mesagne with its supermarket, restaurants and bars. The host Tiziano Is most helpful and easily contactable. He also sent us details of places we should visit during our stay.

Nearly perfect!

The host Tiziano was very relaxed, friendly and helpful ...for him the check-in was no problem at all despite our very late arrival. The vacation home is very beautiful, the property is huge and offered us exactly what we were looking for ...peace and relaxation. Only the shower could be a bit bigger and the water pressure was rather low. Due to the location a car is essential. All in all, a great place to stay.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with all the modern conveniences that you would need. We especially enjoyed the total blackout that you could create in the bedroom with the electric blinds!Our host was welcoming and communicated well.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property which was used as a base for us, for my daughter's wedding. A couple of negative things we could find were that there were no mirrors in the property, other than the ones in the bathrooms, and they were so high, I couldn't really see myself in them! Adding a full length mirror somewhere would be very useful, especially when trying to get ready for a wedding! The other thing, not a massive problem, but it would have been nice if the lawn had been cut. It was a bit of a meadow, if I am honest.

Perfetta! Truly, a home away from home!

One could do no better than to secure this heavenly base of operations from which to explore Puglia. The host, Tiziano, is the most! Do yourself a favor and ask him for a suggested itinerary and, then, do yourself another and follow it! Sparkling clean, perfect for two given the two bathrooms, and, if the season is right, fresh oranges from the grove to juice in the galley kitchen for breakfast.

Het huis was prima ingericht en heel schoon. Voor in de tuin/ terras zou het fijn zijn om 2 ligbedden te hebben. Bij aankomst stond de eigenaar al op ons te wachten en troffen wij een fles rosato zoutjes en water aan. Kortom super locatie voor een langer verblijf!

A lovely modern villa surrounded by nature a few km from the splendid Apulian sea!

Very convenient and comfortable villa surrounded by nature. It is located just 15 minutes by car from Brindisi airport and is ideal as a starting point for visiting Puglia. I spent 2 days in absolute relax. Always glad to come back. The owner is very kind and always very helpful.

Eine wunderschöne Woche im Mai 2022

Wir haben die Villa L'Ulivo Meister vom 7. Mai bis zum 14. Mai 2022 gemietet.. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Kommunikation mit Tiziano, dem Eigentümer, waren wir bereits vor unserer Ankunft gut über die Villa und die Umgebung informiert. Unsere Erwartungen waren hoch, aber in Wirklichkeit wurden sie sogar weit übertroffen. Wir, meine Frau und ich, haben uns in der Villa L'Ulivo Meister sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa bietet Platz für 4 Personen, hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen und 2 neuwertige Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein schönes Wohnzimmer, wo ein weiterer Esstisch vorhanden ist. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer kann man auf die überdachte Terrasse vor dem Haus gehen. Hier gibt es einen Esstisch an dem wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und mit Oliven- und Obstbäumen bepflanzt. Ein weiteres sehr wichtiges, nicht zu unterschätzendes Detail ist, dass wir unseren Mietwagen auf dem Grundstück parken konnten. Der Parkplatz ist durch ein elektrisches Tor, welches mit einer Fernbedienung geöffnet werden kann, gesichert. Das Haus ist innen und außen blitzsauber, sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kleine Details wie elektrische Rollos an den Fenster, eine Alarmanlage, ein Fernseher und eine kleine Stereoanlage runden den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Ebenfalls gibt es sehr gutes, stabiles und schnelles Internet im und ums Haus. Auch die Lage der Villa ein wenig außerhalb (1,5 KM) von Mesagne ist aus unserer Sicht genial. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung (Lecce, Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello, Gallipoli, Monopoli, Poligiono al Mare usw., sind innerhalb von maximal 1 Stunde erreichbar.. Abschließend möchte ich noch unbedingt Tiziano, den Besitzer, erwähnen. Titziano ist der beste Gastgeber den wir uns vorstellen können. Bei Fragen und kleinen Hilfestellungen, wie zum Beispiel einen Tisch zum Abendessen am Muttertag, zu reservieren, hat er innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bzw. eine Lösung. Vielen Dank Tiziano !!!! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, dass wir nächstes Jahr zur gleichen Zeit wiederkommen werden. Hans-Georg

Very peaceful, lovely accommodation.

We loved our stay and the property was well equipped and clean. Very central for visiting all the keys towns, villages and only 5 minutes in car into Mesagne where there were many lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend. As English tea drinkers the only extra that would be helpful is an electric kettle😂

Beste Lage, um Apulien zu erkunden

Auf Taziano ist Verlass. Wir wurden sehr nett und entspannt begrüßt, obwohl wir uns 2 Stunden verspäteten. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Küche hat alles, was wir benötigten. Jeden Tag haben wir auf der Terasse gefrühstückt mit Blick in den Garten und haben dann Apulien erkundet. Mesagne selbst ist ein tolles Städtchen und wir haben unseren ersten Abend dort sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt so, dass wir sternförmig sehr viele ehenswürdige Orte erkunden konnten. Eine Auto ist aber Vorraussetzung für das Haus. Taziano war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect getaway villa minutes drive from two amazing sea sides, airport and cultural circuits.

Beautiful country house, very relaxing and equipped with all comforts. Ideal to regenerate from city stress. Just 15 minutes by car from Brindisi airport, it is located in a strategic position for visiting Lecce and the Salento or Matera, Alberobello and Ostuni. The historic center of Mesagne is very characteristic and its restaurants offer excellent Apulian cuisine. Follow the advice of the owner.

A place to relax!

Rauhallisella alueella viihtyisä talo. Kahden henkilön tai pienen perheen majoittumiseen täydellinen. Kaunis puutarha, josta sai ottaa tarvitsemansa (mm. tuoreet appelsiinit). Tiziano oli erittäin mukava ja avulias isäntä. Kaksi viikkoa sujui lähiympäristöä tutkaillessa, paljon nähtävää riittää! Ehdottomasti suosittelemme!
