"The lady who checks you in and runs the place is a saint. She took care of me during a difficult time. She made sure I was safe, helped me book a ferry and taxi to get back to Athens to go home due to a medical and personal emergency. She even made sure I ate and had water. The property is beautiful, right by the water and you can’t ask for a kinder host! Even comes with a bottle of wine. "

"Great location, nice restaurants with-in walking distance of hotel. Hotel staff were very accomodating to provide rooms for an extra night when our ferry back to Athens was cancelled. Front desk staff were extremely helpful with information on places to visit during our stay. "

"Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. "Ippocampos was a perfect stay for our time on Milos! The hotel is a 15 min walk from the port/downtown Adamas, and they have a car to pick you up for a fee if you need/prefer. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and looked just like the photos. Amenities: They provide beach towels for you so you don't have to get your bath towels dirty.
