The Space:

Step out onto the dock and watch a manatee drift past in the morning calm. Later, the west-facing windows paint the living room gold as the sun drops behind the Indian River. And on launch nights, the Space Coast puts on a show that no stadium can match - this is Merritt Island riverfront living at its most rewarding.

 

Living space

The main living area is anchored by a wall of west-facing windows that frame uninterrupted river views, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings indoors, and a dining table where the whole group can gather. Upstairs, a dedicated lounge gives the group a second place to spread out, with direct access to a second-floor balcony - ideal for a quiet coffee at sunrise or front-row seats to the evening sky. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 6 beds, including an upstairs master suite. Bedroom 2 includes a twin pull-out for added flexibility. Every room is outfitted with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked well beyond the basics - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full suite of cookware, dishes, and silverware. For the home cook, you'll also find a blender, toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses, and cooking basics including oil, salt, and pepper. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started.

 

Bathrooms

Four bathrooms serve the group, each with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products. At least one bathroom includes a bathtub - useful for unwinding after a day on the water.

 

Outdoors & on the water

The backyard is where this property truly stands apart. A private dock sits right at the water's edge - fish off it, tie up a boat, or simply watch dolphins and manatees pass by. Two tandem kayaks and a paddleboard are available for guests who want to get out on the Indian River. A backyard putting green adds a laid-back way to enjoy the Florida sunshine, and an outdoor gas fireplace makes evenings on the patio something to look forward to. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill round out the space.

 

Location

Merritt Island places you directly on the Indian River with the Atlantic just across the barrier island. The property's position on the Space Coast means rocket launches from Cape Canaveral are visible right from the backyard - no drive required. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

 

Practical details

The home offers self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance. A washer and dryer are on-site, along with iron, hangers, and all the essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. A Pack 'n play/travel crib and children's dinnerware are available for families traveling with little ones. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Note: For security purposes, there are exterior cameras on the property as well as a Ring doorbell at the front entrance.



Guest Access:

We provide keyless entry with use of a digital lock and door code. A gate code for the security gate will also be provided.

With highway 95 in close proximity, you'll also find yourself within easy reach of various attractions and amenities.



Getting Around:

Being on Merritt Island, you're close to the mainland and the beaches. Local transportation includes driving, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. For longer trips, Orlando and other major cities are within a reasonable driving distance
