"Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

"I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! "Had a beautiful pool and they offer breakfast. They also offer a shuttle to the SPAC concerts that are amazing."

"This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. "

"The place was spotless and the room was decorated in such a lovely way, it was very quiet which surprised us because we were staying right but the bar restaurant. The location was beautiful! The only down side was that it felt like they weren’t any common areas just to seat and enjoy. There was only the restaurant terrace and it felt like you had to eat or drink in order to be there. "The hot tub jets didn’t work. The pool had a couple bugs floating. The air conditioner screen was so dirty it didn’t blow cold air. The hot water in the shower was mediocre. And the “executive suite” building was not even secure (you did not need a key card to enter)"
