The Crooked Tree Cabin is on 6 acres blueberry farm, Blueberry Falls Farm.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES (OPTIONAL)
- HOT TUB is available for an additional $50. Please indicate if you would like to add this feature to your reservation so we can unlock it before your arrival.
- PET(S) are an additional $50/pet. They must be included in the reservation and we must be notified prior to your arrival.

ADDITIONAL FEES
- Damage Waiver: Covers ACCIDENTAL damages up to $300 per incident. The damage waiver does not cover negligence, intentional actions, infestations, or pet-related issues. NON-REFUNDABLE and not optional.
- Cleaning Fee: $75

PROPERTY, Tiny Home Village
- There are two other vacation rental tiny homes on the property, The Butterfly Creek Cottage and The Whimsical Waterfall Cottage. The homes are within close proximity of each other; however, we have placed the homes to have privacy from one another.
- The entire farm or all 3 tiny homes are available to rent. Contact us if interested.

U-PICK BLUEBERRY FARM
- Blueberry Season is from late-June to mid-August. During this time, we will have the blueberry bushes open to the public for our U-pick season. The houses are separate from the bushes; however, please be aware of this if you are coming during blueberry season.
- Guest pick for free.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
- During the Spring, Summer, and Fall I will be doing routine landscaping. This includes mowing, weed eating, and blowing around the houses.
- We are in the process of getting things developed and there will be signs of that when you arrive. We always try to block off days when there will be construction going on so it will not be taking place while you are there.

PARKING
- Gravel driveway (2 small cars or 1 large car)
- There is additional parking at the front of the property if you need it for more than 1 car, RVs, trailers, and etc.

FAQ's...

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows for it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in may not be possible.
Late checkout will depend on the number of hours requested and if there is another guest coming that afternoon.

Is there a GROCERY STORE nearby?
The closest grocery stores are located in Fort Payne, Alabama: Walmart, Food City, Bruce's Foodland.
OR Dollar General and Lucky's Grocery Store in Menlo, GA.
OR Walmart and Ingles in Trion, GA.
Our small downtown, Mentone, has the Mentone Market which has eggs, milk, and delicious pizza.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker?
No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details.
No Pets on Furniture or in The Loft.
Fees will apply or charges will occur for damages/wear tear.
Hot Tubs are an extra amenity for $50 to unlock and use during your stay.
No Parties and/or Events.
If you are renting out the entire farm, we allow certain events for extra fees. (ex. elopements, family reunions, camps, retreats)
Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am CT.
No Smoking and/or Vaping.
Extra charges will occur if there is evidence of this inside the home.
