Apartment in the Franconian Tuscany at the gates of the World Heritage

Are you looking for rest and relaxation from everyday life in the Franconian Tuscany and right next to the gates of Franconian Switzerland, but you do not want to miss the possibilities of the World Heritage City of Bamberg?
Then they are in our lovingly furnished and in 2018 newly renovated apartments just right.
The apartment is fully equipped (see details) for 8-10 people and has central heating and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment extends with its 206 square meters of living space over 2 floors.
Immediately after the entrance area is the large dining room with a modern corner seat and a large table, which can also be used for the existing card and board games.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired from the decor and the equipment. With ceramic hob, oven and microwave all possibilities are available.
They do not have to wash dishes, of course, the dishwasher takes over. (Dish soap, tabs, tea towels are of course available) Also a fridge-freezer combination is available.
In the living area, she spoils a cinema sofa with individually adjustable seats, as well as a comfortable sofa bed, which can be converted into a comfortable bed (with mattress) for 2 persons in a matter of seconds. The large-format 3D television in addition to satellite reception also has a Bluray player.
Three of the four bedrooms have a large double bed (1.8 mx 2.0 m), the other bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are individually designed. Sheets and warm blankets are of course.
A cot can be placed on request.
In the bathroom on the first floor you will find a shower with Raindance overhead shower. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub next to the shower. Of course, here also towels and bath towels are included free of charge.
The apartment is located in a former farm. The four-legged inhabitants (cats and rabbits) can be stroked like ;-)
Laubend lies directly in front of the World Heritage City Bamberg (8 km) and in the Franconian Tuscany.
In addition to the wonderful landscape, Upper Franconia is also known for its cellars and inns, many of which can be found nearby.
The Bamberger Land and the neighboring Franconian Switzerland also have a lot to offer cyclists and motorcyclists.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für große Familien oder Paare, da es 4 große Schlafzimmer gibt. Insgesamt sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Esstisch und gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Parkmöglichkeiten im Carport. Gerne wieder.

Perfect stay

We had an absolutely beautiful month at FeWo Babet. The Schnitzer family was friendly and quick to communicate. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. I loved the views, the courtyard where my kids could play, and the downstairs farm stand and mobile bakery. It was a great spot to stay while visiting Bamberg and other nearby areas. I hope we can return!

Besser geht es nicht.

Diese Ferienwohnung war die Beste, die wir je gebucht haben. Es war einfach alles top: die Kommunikation zum Vermieter, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, die ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir ganz sicher noch mal kommen.

Schön wars

Wir reisten als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern (2-11 Jahre) und sind positiv über die Ferienwohnung überrascht. Sehr familienfreundlich und an Jeden wird gedacht, z.B. Treppenschutzgitter und Babybett, Rückzugsort für die Größeren auf den Dachboden.... Der Brötchenservice hat auch super funktioniert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auch mit Kindern gut weiterempfehlen.

Perfect place

We stayed as a family of 7 people. It is not just an apartment, but a whole 3-story house. Very beautiful, perfectly thought out with absolutely everything you can imagine. Both the kitchen is fully equipped and everything you need in the bathrooms. Children's playroom on the 3rd floor - the boys were delighted. The yard is beautiful and the city is only a 7-minute drive away. The neighborhood is quiet, the church bells did not disturb - it only rings at 6 in the morning. Our first experience with Vrbo was excellent. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Wir waren als zwei Familien mit Großeltern hier und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft- wir kommen gerne wieder!
