Enjoy your very own private direct ocean frontage that is quiet and serene. Only two townhomes sit on this large parcel of direct oceanfront land. You can rent one 3 bedroom townhome, or if you are a larger party you can rent both. The rates shown are for only one 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome that sleeps up to a maximum of 9. If you want both, also book listing 152310 instantly. We can open them up to one another OR stay completely private as there are privacy walls, seperate entrances, patios and seperate parking for each townhome. While you gazing out the 12 foot sliders your breath will be taken away with the beauty of the prisine waters, dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans and birds of all kinds in your backyard. You won't need or want to go anywhere once you check in. Nothing but the finest materials used like tumbled marble flooring, gourmet kitchen with stainless pro series appliances. Private baths in bedrooms with oversized soaking tubs to relax and soothe your body. Large outdoor patios with privacy walls with outdoor barbeque, outside showers. The true beauty of this property is the unobstructed view. We have the beauty of the sea oats that grow low to ground providing for astounding views of the water. This is true luxury for the discriminating vacationer. We are about an hour 15 minutes from Orlando attractions allowing a day trip during your stay.

Relaxing and peaceful just what everyone needs!

What a beautiful place, being able to walk right out of the house onto the beach. Saw dolphins Jumping the waves. Short ride to see manatee’s, the sunrise was beautiful waking up to.. I would love to come back to this property. The owners are great to work with. Mary Peffley

Best Ocean front and access

Celebrated Grandma's birthday, she is not able to walk to the beach so we brought the beach to her. She was able to sit on the first floor and watch and listen to the waves roll in all day. Enough room in a great kitchen for cooking and room for everyone to not be too cramped. The views from the house are fantastic, just walk out and take a walk on the beach.

Perfect every time!

For the last 10 years or so, every time we have needed to disconnect, we rent Gina's property for a couple of days. It never disappoints! This place allows us to relax while enjoying the comforts of the house. The beachfront makes it serene and peaceful. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is wonderful. In summary this is the perfect beach house.

Paradise near home

Everything was perfect and met everyone of our needs and wants. The only thing I would change is the master bedroom TV needs to a little bigger. We still give it a 5!!!!

Spectacular location

A family trip. Lovely place. The house very comfortable. Excellent view with direct beach access. The view is better than I expected. If I had to say something as a recommendation to improve the house ... I would improve the quality of the towels, dishes and glasses. Spectacular location. I would rent it again.

Family Vacation

Excellent, Excellent is my overall review for this property. My family wanted a beach location to celebrate my husband's birthday and this place delivered. We are very particular and this location did not disappoint, very clean(which is one of my pet peeves)with everything that a family would need for a long weekend. The location was very quiet and the ocean breezes were to die for, just what we needed. The view of the ocean from the house was awesome and the sounds of the crashing waves absolutely delightful . We ate great food , played games and relaxed on the beach and had great quality family time. The owner was extremely responsive and a delight to work with. We are already getting inquiries from our friends up north for bookings so we definitely will be back.

AH-MAZING!!

This place was SO awesome! Super clean, and very responsive and helpful owners. The best part is location - RIGHT on the beach! You avoid all the crowds at the public beach by having your own access. The views from this home are incredible. Don't hesitate - we would absolutely book this place again! Seriously, we can't say enough good about this place. Our kids loved this part of our vacation more than Disney....so that's saying something, right? We were there beginning of May and watched the turtles at night coming out of the ocean to lay eggs, which is an awesome experience. And the stars are amazing in this location! The house was really clean, and had everything we needed.....towels/beach towels/grill/soap/etc. Wi-fi worked great. Kitchen and family room area are very spacious, and the master bedroom is incredible! 5 stars, and 2 thumbs way up!

Family Vacation

The location and property overall was nice. The owner was very responsive. The view was amazing. There were multiple reviews from over 1.5 years ago with complaints from the large patio doors by the living not having a curtain. The bright sun was mostly welcome but at moments we couldn’t see in the kitchen, couldn’t see the tv (rarely watched!) and luckily we didn’t have loud neighbors. Certainly needs curtains. The plumbing in the house needs attention. Master valve on the master is shot and hard to use and the hot tub sprayer doesn’t work. We have two toddlers and the bathroom was not kid friendly, needed a step or sink they could reach. Kitchen lacked certain pans, utensils or any kind of drink ware that could be used outside or for children. My son cut his arm on the broken toy basket for the beach toys and got a nasty cut on his hand from a weird sharp bump under the kitchen counter. We were only there a few days and essentials are not provided, just enough to get started. I missed that in the instructions but who wants to buy TP, PT, garbage bags or hand soap for such a short trip?

Great location for just relaxing on the beach. Property could have used a few more lamps for reading. Very responsive and personable owners. Everything you need was there and accessible. Would definitely return again!

Melbourne Beach Duplex

Master bedroom was out of proportion to the other bedrooms. Cold water in MBR lavatory was inoperable. Attention needs to be paid to the TV in the MBR. Nearness to the beach was great. View of the sea from the house was great. Ice maker in refrigerator inoperable. Would have been nice to have had a hose attached to the hose bibs. Furnishings dated. Big leather sectional in family room was uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. Ventilation not fresh.

Loved being there - there was some beach construction that was a bit noisy and made it hard to walk on the beach for a few days of the day, otherwise, it was wonderful!

Location, location, location!

A perfect family getaway! My parents have been quarantined from Covid for over 6 months and really needed to get away. This was absolutely perfect! We got sand on their toes and sun on their faces. We were so lucky and saw hatchling turtles make their way to the ocean, we caught fish off the beach, we played in the waves and bonded as a family. The house is very well equipped with everything you’d need and even the cookware is quality. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the much needed break from the world!

Family Vacay 2020

The house is beautiful and the view is stunning! The beach is so private we hardly saw anyone else. Owners were very responsive. Blinds on main windows would be nice, but it is in a private location, so not a deal killer. Only negatives are the no see um bugs that come out after sunset and before sunrise. They are a bit annoying and my wife had a worse reaction than the rest of us. It was a great, relaxing vacation! Highly recommend the beach life!
