  • Unwind in the quaint town of Melbourne Beach at this relaxing beach retreat with all of the comforts of home. Newly remodeled, this home offers 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a heated pool, and located only a block away from a private beach. Indoor and outdoor living gives enough space for your entire family to spread out. Only 1 mile away from restaurants and the local market. Fish on the pier or on the beach, evening bike rides, watch the sea turtles, view rocket launches, and more! This relaxing home offers many amenities, including; high speed WiFi, Roku/smart TVs, standard cable, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, extra towels and wash cloths, pool towels, extra pillows, pool floats, diving toys, goggles, bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, coolers, yoga mats, boogie boards, board games, and so much more!

    Kitchen offers spices, cooking oil, several cutting boards, pots and pans, baking sheets, baking dishes, food storage containers, ice packs, crockpot, griddle, waffle maker, coffee maker, French press, electric tea pot, air fryer, mixer, mixing bowels, and more! As a welcome we have a selection of kcups and teas, creamers, sugars, and coffee syrups. We also have sandwich bags, foil, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies.

    Bathrooms have plenty of towels and wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, shaving cream, soap, hair dryers, several rolls of toilet paper, and more!

    Each Bedroom offers a smart Roku Tv, large dresser, side table, alarm clock (with usb for charging a phone), a chair, suitcase holder, and a closet (hangers, extra blankets and pillows).

    The house is also supplied with sunscreen, aloe, and several other toiletries.
    The town of Melbourne Beach requires the names and ages of guests and must confirm that none are a convicted sexual offender/predator.

    Must be 25 or older to make reservation. We are not responsible for any injuries or death while on the property or any amenities being used (bikes, boogie boards, etc). We are vacation rental certified through the town of Melbourne Beach, FL. Certified #CVR25-0027

This property was better than expected! The host was very responsive, the home was immaculate and the numerous extra amenities provided were very much appreciated! The home is fully equipped with baby and, kitchen items, plus everything a family needs for the beach! We will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and amazing. It had everything you could ever need and more!! So nice to have all the extras for an infant. Great location, close to the beach. Brittany was great to work with. We would come back here for sure. Loved the house.

Comfy Beach House

Brittany, We really enjoyed staying at your house. We loved the contemporary, breezy decor, and we played in the pool for hours. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, and the amenities were awesome! We have vacationed at many locations through the years, but we have never had such a wide variety of amenities. You thought of everything! I would highly recommend your place to anyone. It was a great home away from home!Leesa

First of all, we would like to say a huge “thank you” to Britt and Phil, for helping to make our family holiday such a memorable and happy one. You really have thought of everything and the villa exceeded our expectations. The question is, where to start.The villa is maintained to a high standard and is well kept and maintained, both inside and out.The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and are as described. The kitchen has everything you need, including appliances; is well stocked in terms of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.We loved the pool and the children enjoyed using the floats and noodles provided. We made use of the BBQ which was a good size and easy to use. For families with younger children, there is an alarm on the windows and door to the pool which is great for peace of mind.At the end of the road is the beach and the garage is stocked with everything you need for a day trip to the beach.During our stay, Britt checked in with us regularly, to ensure everything was ok and to ask if had any questions.The area has plenty to offer in terms of shops and restaurants and the only downside was having to leave.Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful month in Melbourne Beach! We especially liked having the 4 bedrooms so we could invite our friends and family. This house had more amenities than any place we have ever rented. It was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything you needed for the beach, including chairs, towels, wagons, coolers and lotion! The heated pool was amazing. Our hosts, Britanny & Phil were delightful and responsive. I highly recommend this vacation property!
