Toller großer Garten. Küche mit allemNotwendigem ausgestattet. Wir fuhren mit dem Auto zum Strand da wir mit 2 kleine Kindern mit Unmengen von Sandkübeln und Schaufeln ausgestattet waren.

Urlaub in Medulin

Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich super. Gut und vor allem ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück, riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf den sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, mit Klimaanlage und Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Und die Vermieterin war supernett, wie konnten Feigen holen von ihrem Baum soviel wir wollten. Top

Nettes Appartment in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Medulin

Recht nette Wohnung für 4 Personen, Terrasse und Garten, aber weg vom Meer, dafür sehr ruhig gelegen. Fahrräder sind zu empfehlen, denn die Distanzen zum Meer sind leicht mit dem Rad zurückzulegen. Sehr sauber alles, aber das Bad ist für 4 Personen sehr klein, WC im Bad!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt ca 10 Minuten Fussmarsch von Zentrum entfernt. Wir waren darüber sehr froh, da dort doch bis 2 Uhr morgens gefeiert wird und wir mit Kinder unterwegs waren. Die Wohnung ist super schön und die Vermieterin ein Goldstück. Sie hat uns immer frisches Obst und Tomaten aus ihrem Garten gebracht. Die nächste Bäckerei findet man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß und der nächste Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub.

entsprach nicht den Erwartungen

In dem Haus sind 4 Wohnungen, davon 2 FW, in 1 Wohnung wohnt die Besitzerin (spricht englisch+kroatisch) und 1 Wohnung ist vermietet. Das Haus ist SEHR hellhörig und schon am zweiten Tag hatten wir eine Beschwerde, dass wir zu laut waren, weil man gehört hat wie wir Abends um 9 die Stühle an den Tisch geschoben haben. Und dabei haben wir schon Rücksicht genommen und versucht leise zu sein. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Spülmittel, Tabs, Putzmittel, Müslischüsseln usw waren sehr rationiert...

Schöne FeWo mit tollem Garten

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, und verfügt über alles was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt. Das Mobiliar ist neuwertig, und die Küchenausstattung gut (Bosch Geräte, Ceranfeld). Auf dem TV konnten nur kroatische Programme empfangen werden. Das WLAN deckt leider nicht alle Zimmer vollständig ab. Dafür entschädigt der tolle Blick von der Terrasse in den Garten, sowie der abgesicherte PKW Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Supermarkt/Bäcker/Restaurants in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar.

Top Apartment....mit leichten Abstrichen

Das Apartment liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Sauberkeit wird hier hoch geschrieben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen,sollten jedoch unsere Koffer draußen abwaschen wegen corona und Schuhe draußen lassen wegen corona....beim zweiten Zimmer wurden wir gefragt welches Bett wir nutzen, dass andere sollte in Tüchern verhüllt bleiben wegen corona. Nun gut, ich habe für das ganze Apartment bezahlt also wollte ich auch alles nutzen. Ansonsten alles top

Wir haben die Zeit genossen

Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine war nicht imbegriffen. Entweder 5 Euro pro Wäsche oder 21 Euro für die ganze Woche und man konnte unbegrenzt waschen. Ansonsten war soweit alles in Ordnung.

Sehr Empfehlenswert

Wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen, hatten alles zur Verfügung (auch kostenlosen WLAN-Zugang), Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und haben ihn sehr sauber erhalten. Wir sind zu 6 hingefahren und sind alle sehr begeistert, auf jeden fall empfehlenswert !!

Einfach Top!

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz draußen, grosse Garten auch für grillen . In der Nähe bank, Restaurant, markt wie XXX, Plodine . Beach nicht zu weit . Sehr nette vermieterin,freundlich. Man versteht dass ist wie zu Hause. Sehr schönes Urlaub gemacht , und empfehle ich auch für alle Leute. Thank u for all bis next time. Munida 52 . By Giordano.
