"Fantastic stay. The facilities are amazing with so many different areas you can explore. We could easily have stayed at the hotel the whole day and not gone into town. The breakfast was great with a range of hot cooked food, and the setting was superb with outdoor dining. Our room was spacious although some of the decor is a bit old fashioned, but everything was clean. We got a free bottle of wine which was a very nice touch, and we also enjoyed the terrace in the evening and the morning....

"As you enter the lobby of the hotel, the first thing you notice is the elegance and gorgeous scent ! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, modern and clean. My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold so I had to keep the curtains closed when the sun was streaming in the windows. A bit too warm for me at night, and this was in mid-November!"

A la piscina fuimos 2 veces, imposible con la cantidad de jóvenes estudiantes que había, además de que la piscina exterior estaba muy caliente y no refrescaba. "I stayed at this hotel from the 8th September to 17th September 2025 with my sister. We didn’t realise it was going to be on the busy strip, however that didn’t bother us as we was there for an event. I really liked the area, as we was local to the shopping centre and local restaurants. We also got to explore the area and we felt really safe during our trip. "The staff made this trip amazing, so friendly and attentive. Room was clean and tidy, the location is a little odd. Out the hotel and left down the hill is full of clubs and British pubs with ‘full breakfast’ not our style. But while in the hotel, bar and surroundings you couldn’t tell you were close to party central. "

"Excellent customer service with a particular shout out to Sunny, Wictoria, gentleman at the pool and the team at the concierge. ( sincere apologies for not remembering your names!)
