If you’re a light sleeper, walls are a bit thin and other guests can be pretty loud outside your door at all hours of the night. However this isn’t the property’s fault. "

"ROACHES! Old dirty rooms with roaches found in the room the size of dimes! We notified the maintenance worker and he was not shy to say yes they are around as he stepped on one that came crawling in front of us! And that was the size of a quarter! He said they were coming from the drain. No offer to change rooms or apologies either. First walk in I was not impressed aesthetically. Beds were neatly made BUT furniture was old looking and was very basic. I usually bring extra cleaning...

"Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. "

"AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. "

"The 2 bedroom was for 6 people. It had 2 beds in one room with 1 bed in the other which had no window or a/c so it was hot. We were only given 4 bath towels no hand towels or wash cloths. Office staff was not available when I went to ask forore towels. The location was good right across from Knott's Berry farm. I would not stay there again."
