Grand Canyon West Vacation Home

Relax and stay in Meadview! This is the perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon West and then relax after your stay. Just 30 miles to the Grand Canyon, 15 minutes away from Lake Mead South Cove launch ramp. 2 hour drive to Las Vegas. Lots of hiking and ATV trails to explore. Bring all of your toys to play or just relax and get away.
Our home offers amazing views of the Grand Wash Cliffs and beautiful sunrises. The house is equipped with linens, toiletries, pantry essentials, laundry, and selection of coffees, teas and hot chocolate.
Walking distance or short drive to the center of town which offers a selection of restaurants, local shops and convenience stores for any last minute supplies.

Great place!

What a nice little place to stay! VERY clean! My wife is very picky, especially about floors because she like to walk around the house barefoot. She commented how nice and clean the floors were. Very comfortable home, nice and cool in this hot weather. Has AC, not swamp coolers. Outside patio was great, the house blocks the sun in the evenings and it was nice to sit out there and play some cornhole (provided by the house). Only thing I think should be looked into is the balance of the AC. The living room and two bedrooms next to it would be nice and cool but the master bedroom would get a bit warm at night. Could be just a matter of playing with the vents to get more cool air to the master. But it was still fine, just turned on the ceiling fan.

Perfect trip!

Perfect space to stay and enjoy the Grand Canyon and Meadview! Our family had our best trip to Meadview yet. Clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Outdoor space has great view and shade in the afternoon and evening. We will be back!!!

Beautiful view! Nice property and decorated nicely. It has just about everything you need. A few places to eat nearby (check out "The Boathouse"). A little gas station/mini mart with competitively priced gas is nearby. Was pleasently surprised to see a well stocked Family Dollar Store with groceries was nearby. When at the property be careful of the outside dumpster-style garbage can when backing in (or out) that protrudes into the driveway... Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place for a family

Great place for a family to stay to explore the Grand Canyon West area! My family of 5 enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space of the house a lot. Although it was too hot to enjoy the firepit area, we did still love spending our evenings under the beautiful stars and playing cornhole. Would definitetly book again if we are back in this area!

Fabulous!

Cynthia’s place was so warm and welcoming. Beds were cozy and the view was amazing! She stocked the cupboards and closets to make our stay more comfortable. We were so impressed! Perfect for our trip to the west rim. Would highly recommend! 😃

Christmas at Meadview

Clean, and spacious. Fire pit is great for chilly nights, along with the propane outdoor heater. Kitchen has plenty of room, and is well stocked with cooking supplies.

Amazing Stargazing!

The property was exactly as described, clean, and was perfect for our family of 6. It was a short drive to the Grand Canyon West and the views were unbelievable. We sat outside in the Adirondack chairs and watched the night sky every night. It is quite remote, so definitely grocery shop before you come! Overall, great stay!

Location was perfect for visiting Grand Canyon West. The house was very clean, well supplied with everything you needed. In a quiet neighborhood. We sat out at the fire pit at night and enjoyed the view. Host was quick to answer any questions. We had Breakfast & Dinner at the Boat House Resturant, the food was great!
