"Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles and the lot is used for valet in the evenings. However, we would totally stay here again. Because the bedroom is in the back, the Greenville Ave action was not an issue at all! It feels homey and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer it was a great value for the money."

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. "I got the property was great. He was easy because it was close to SMU as I was visiting my daughter there I was just highly disappointed. They would not honor my Hilton honor points. There’s no reason they couldn’t have out of them on."

"This was my 2nd stay at the property & the staff & other guest were pure greatness. I made a few friends on my floor & found out I was named the “The Green Tea Shot Guy”. With the annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade being roughly a block over the hwy perfect location to stay for the festivities. There’s also easy access to the hwy which made a smooth way to get to downtown Dallas or other fun places along the hwy. "
