"We checked in late and only had one towel for three people and asked for more and was told they didn’t have any. Bare light bulbs for lights. Cigarette holes in the bedding. Several hookers standing outside the downstairs rooms."

Manager kept entering the room in the moring. Told them I would be out by 11. But they kept letting themselves in. I had to push the door back...

"This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money."

"This was by far the worse Wyndham property I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy, the property was old and not maintained. When booking it said breakfast was included and there was no breakfast, coffee or anything. The TV didn’t work, there was no phone in the room. The bathroom was disgusting, the sheets were filthy. It was a terrible place and I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone."

"I’d like to say I loved the area and the room itself but as we passed multiple homeless and arrived to our heavily sanitized room that reeked for days somewhere between bleach and garbage I realized this probably wasn’t the best idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel itself isn’t too far to get around downtown. We would’ve changed the room but had no time. We had plans set for the entirety of the weekend and our room was the last worry on my list. Maybe it was garbage...

"The heat register was broken off the wall. There were no glasses to get a drink of water with. There was a huge pile of garbage outside the room. The desk clerk didn't tell us the room was so far away and should have driven back. It looked like a drug deal or homeless area."

"Our room didn’t seem very clean. We had a ripped sheet, missing toilet paper roll holder, big clumps of hair were on the shower walls, and the pool was slippery. It has a lot of potential."

"This property is for long term use. They only clean the hotel room every 14 days per the staff. If you want clean linens you can pay 1.75 a day or wash them yourself. Out toilet got clogged and they handed us a plunger. Had to go to the store to buy garbage bags as this is not included. You get 1 toilet paper roll a day. The sink backs up with no one to repair it. The beds are horrible. I have stayed at extended stay before but this was just horrible. Avoid this place if you can. We left a day...
