This Extended Stay was the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. The room’s furniture wasn’t good enough to throw away, nothing worked (TV, outlets, faucets), no coffee machine, no hairdryer, no shampoo. There was a pit bull wandering around the parking lot, actually came to my door when it saw me,

The room smelled so bad and was so ran down, we walked in and walked rite back out and found a different hotel, crazy that this is a long term living facility that is not clean.

Staff was great. Rooms are awful. The room was dirty, main door and bathroom door were cracked and huge gaps, shower and walls were stained and yellow, the water had a dirty smell, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable, all appliances were super old and dirty. Will never book this again. Pictures were very deceiving when booking.

It was my fault for not doing research, that been said state of the room was terrible. So much so we decided to book a different hotel after only been 10 mins in room. Is not staffs fault obviously, but there’s only so much you can do when room is falling apart.

This property is for long term use. They only clean the hotel room every 14 days per the staff. If you want clean linens you can pay 1.75 a day or wash them yourself. Out toilet got clogged and they handed us a plunger. Had to go to the store to buy garbage bags as this is not included. You get 1 toilet paper roll a day. The sink backs up with no one to repair it. The beds are horrible. I have stayed at extended stay before but this was just horrible. Avoid this place if you can. We left a day early to stay at another hotel.

well... I thought as a resident at the property housekeeping would attempt to clean the room, change towels, get trash, etc. No, they're only there to clean the room once you leave - no matter how long your stay was. It's up to you to 1) empty your trash cans and walk your trash to the dumpster 2) Walk your dirty towels (and even queen/king size bedsheets) to the front desk and say 'I need some more please'. Oh, and that walk isn't going to be pleasant. There are constant odors of dog feces all along the way - ESPECIALLY on the 2nd floor walkways - you know, where the rain doesn't seem to get to, because it's covered. Oh yeah! breath it in baby! I just don't understand why it's so hard to throw some soap powder on the walkway and get a bucket of water and a strong bristled broom to clean it up. Just do it once a month! What is the problem. So disgusting. And why are there police cars there at least 2-3 times/week? And your front desk experience ain't going to be pleasant either - unless somebody finally comes from out the back and attempts to help you, AND it's with Mike. Anyway... its a 2-star hotel I know but.... naaaaah. Make this your last resort. Its crazy over there.

We were here due to a loved one having a medical emergency. We got to the motel late, the staff wasn’t friendly or very helpful. The room air conditioner didn’t work and we were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. There were no towels in the room, they only had 1 towel to give us for 4 people. I wish I could put negative five stars.
