Very unhappy with our stay. The person that checked us in barely said 2 words to us. There were black spiders in my room along with the breakfast area. The side doors do not open with your keycard. They ran out of waffles one day. Gave us a hard time when we asked for plates for breakfast. The only hot food other than waffles was a breakfast burrito that was served 3 days in a row. The rooms are no longer carpeted which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time as they show carpet on-line. The pillows were very hard. The hot tub was out of order. Only 1 person cleaning rooms said Hi to us in 3 Days. No one else that worked there acknowledged us at all. Just poor customer service all-around. We’ve stayed at many Wyndham Hotels but this gives us a very bad taste for future Hotel Booking for them.
