Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is well-stocked and ready for real cooking - whether you're fueling up before a ski day or settling in for a proper group dinner. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, mixer, toaster, and a full set of pots, pans, and baking equipment including a 9x13 baking pan, loaf pan, and cookie sheet. Dishware and utensils are provided for every guest, along with wine glasses, a knife block, corkscrew, cutting boards, and all the tools you need from prep to plating. A dishwasher and garbage disposal round out the setup.



Technology



Five Roku-enabled TVs are spread across the home - a 60" in the main living room, a 50" in the lower level bedroom, and 32" sets in the loft, upper level master, and upper level right bedroom. All TVs have remotes. WiFi is provided through Xfinity.



Laundry



A full washer and dryer are available in the home for in-stay use.



Outdoor



A propane grill is on site for outdoor cooking - note that the grill may be due for replacement, so bring backup plans if grilling is a priority. The private hot tub is ready for post-slope soaking.



Community Amenities



Easy Does It sits within a ski-in/ski-out community, giving guests direct access to the slopes without ever needing to load the car. A community dumpster is located at the community entrance on the right side for convenient trash disposal.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-directed via a lockbox located to the right of the entry door. A backup key lockbox is also located outside. Guests have full and private use of the home during their stay. Your host is available if questions arise.

Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ HOA community - community rules apply, quiet hours may be in effect

★ Steep driveway - 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended, especially in winter

★ Paved driveway accommodates 2 vehicles; no RV parking

★ Multiple levels with stairs throughout: 2 steps to the front entry, 1 step down from kitchen to living/dining, 14 steps to the upper level, 14 steps to the lower level, and a 12-step spiral staircase to the loft - this home is not ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations

★ Road salt and snow shovel provided on site for winter stays

★ Smoke detectors and CO detector are active and in place
