"Room was pretty but the bed was rock hard. And completely uncomfortable. And couldnt use the hot tub or pool because it was raining and its a roof top pool which makes no sense. And had to pay out of pocket an extra 30$ just to be able to use those amenities which we didnt even use oh and 15$ a night for parking. Will not stay here again. Oh and no breakfast. Kitchen is only available for residents. "

"Everything was spotless, cute and easy. This is one of my best experiences staying anywhere will be coming back. I’m only in Spokane so I will be there often. Great price looks like a little motel you when it really consider from the outside but once you get inside, you realize that it’s a gem"

"This is a great property. I live 30 miles away and my family and I go to stay there several times a year just to get away and to swim in the pool. The only Improvement I ask for, is the breakfast could be a bit better. I cannot argue with the price, because it is free!"

"I cannot speak to the house but the Carriage House in the back is very tired. Deferred maintenance (running toilet, dripping shower, non functioning TV, very slow internet), but worse was that the room had not seemed to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Shower was not cleaned and had soap wrappers from previous guests"

"The room was decent. The hotel was going thru an ownership change. There was construction at the pool and Heavy fumes during the day. The juice machine was broken but there were no alternative juice offered in the fridge. The staff was very pleasant. "

"Great for the price… definitely have stayed in more expensive places that weren’t as nice. Clean room, comfy beds…good temperature… slept pretty well. The pool was nice for the kids… hotel staff was friendly enough. The one thing that was uncomfortable was that the curtains were merely decorative.. there was a sheer privacy-ish curtain but the ones that would have blocked out the city lights didn’t close. I prefer to sleep in a dark room and that wasn’t easily possible without crafting...
