Villa by the sea (50 m), a 10-minute walk from downtown

Ideally located on the beach, swimming pools and the bar/restaurant of the Safari Village residence .
You can enjoy the calm and advantages of the seaside in a sunny, flowery and secure setting (caretaker and video surveillance of the common areas).
Fruit and vegetable vendors can offer you their products on your doorstep
Right next door in the street "Paradis" you will find several shops and basic necessities (grocery store, fishmonger etc...) and the city center is 10 minutes walk away with its restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops etc...
If you have a vehicle there is free parking near the villa.
You will find in the villa all the comforts for a very pleasant stay with air conditioning in the main rooms and a fan if needed.
All rooms are accessible to travelers, only a few cupboards are reserved for our personal belongings.
Myriam will take care of getting rid of all your household chores 6 days a week,
She will make you discover and appreciate the good Senegalese, Ivorian and French cuisine made in a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, MO, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster...
Don't hesitate to ask him for advice on your shopping, travels, guided tours .
A comfortable living/dining room with a 43" HD TV (possibility to take a canal+ subscription)
There is also an electric barbecue and skewers for all your grills .
Straw hut with garden furniture.
Each window has blackout curtains, a mosquito net and wrought iron grills.
The beds are also equipped with mosquito nets on the canopy. Each room has a safe at your disposal for your personal values.
A whole closet is in each room with wardrobe and hangers, as well as a storage unit and a safe for your personal values.
Bed linen is changed weekly and there are blankets and pillows if needed.
There is a drying rack in the garden and an iron with ironing board (Myriam does the ironing very well)
Also at your disposal are all the crockery you need for your stay as well as tablecloths, placemats etc...
On the beach and at the pool you will find deckchairs and I provide you with mattresses and beach towels.
It is the real estate agency GSARR IMMO which is your contact on site for water and electricity which are to be paid at the end of your stay and any other information
