Valeria's Beautiful Condo For 5 By The Sea

Beautiful, luxurious ocean front 1 bedroom / 2 bath condominium with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room that can easily sleep five. You can see the ocean from any place in this condo!! The bedroom has a king size bed and a sofa bed for 2. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room with memory foam matress. Wireless internet and 42 inch TV with Sky tv and US channels and Apple tv, in the bedroom there is a 32 inch Smart tv with Netflix movie selections. Our condo overlooks the pool (heated November to February) and jacuzzi which are surrounded by an attractive tropical landscape. This unit gives you a spectacular view with privacy and security and is easily accessed by stair or elevator. The pool / jacuzzi walkouts directly out onto the beach, where you can have some relaxing time by the "palapas". The condo has a huge balcony (40 square meters) by the beach and lets you have your own private viewing of Mazatlan's gorgeous sunsets, in our two lounge areas, or having meal at the 6 people balcony dining area. There is also a dining area inside the condo and a washing machine and dryer. Complimentary gym and sauna available. The tourist area is a short bus or taxi ride and very inexpensive. Many great restaurants and good food. We are just steps to the pool and ocean. Our building provides concierge service along with 24/7 security. You will never forget this wonderful experience!!

Hermoso y lujoso departamento en la playa de 1 recamara (con cama king size y sofa cama matrimonial en recámara), sofá-cama queen en sala con colchón de memory foam, cocina totalmente equipada, en el que pueden hospedarse 5 personas. Wifi con 1 tv de 42 pulgadas en sala con Sky y Netflix. En la recámara hay una Smart tv de 32 pulgadas con Netflix. Del balcón se aprecia el jacuzzi y la alberca (templada de Noviembre a Febrero), así como la hermosa Playa Brujas, en la que pueden relajarse desde las 6 palapas disponibles. El enorme balcón de 40 metros cuadrados tiene dos áreas lounge y un comedor para 6. En la renta esta incluido el uso del sauna y del gimnasio. Hay varios buenos restaurantes a 5 minutos en coche, y la zona Dorada o turística también muy cerca y con transporte publico o taxis fuera de los departamentos. Seguridad las 24 horas. Es una experiencia que jamás olvidará!!

Beautiful location and ocean view. The condo has a massive balcony. The bed was comfortable and the A/C works well. We had to purchase Kleenex, hangers, spices shower soap etc. The furnishings and condo in general could use a facelift but we were totally comfortable!

Great location and beautiful property

Overall a nice condo. Pool area and beach could not be beat. Wonderful place and secure. Condo could have been cleaned better. We needed to sweep and go over everything when we arrived. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating. Looked right out to the pool and beach.

Very hot with all the windows but good blinds .good that there is a floor fan

good location at the north end of Sabalo Cerretos beach .staff is very nice and the pool is lovely but all one depth. would definitely rent again.

Building's location was fantastic, far enough away from town but close enough for catching a bus to get there. The unit's location on the 5th floor (actually 7th floor) was good and had great views of ocean, pool, and beach.

Best experience with condo owner

The owner of the condo gave us the best experience of any rental we have ever done . Her communication is immediate and responded to out every inquiry and need right away . The condo is great , huge balcony views are fantastic, location is away from everything which we really enjoyed , best beach and great sunsets . Everything we were promised was delivered if there is one thing that could be improved is that there are not a lot of chairs at pool ,so many people go without a place to sit , unless you are like the lady who got up at 05:45 and took a sleeping bag down and pillow to get pool loungers .... Overall a great experience do not hesitate to book here Valeria is the best owner / manager we have dealt with and we book a lot of condos ..

Faltan camastros e Inquilinos incomodos

Fue una estancia muy agradable, Departamento, muy limpio, con todas las comodidades, una vista espectacular, lo unico malo es que hacen falta camastros, por lo que es difícil ubicarse en la alberca, para descansar y si encima coincides, con un inquilino, que, quiere tomar posesión de cada camastro que este solo, pues si genera molestia.

Excelente Departamento de Lujo frente a la playa

La pasamos muy bien en nuestra estancia en el departamento, muy amplio, muy cómodo, todo equipado con 2 recamaras con 2 baños completos, cocina, refrigerador, horno, sala- comedor, 2 televisiones con canales digitales, una terraza muy grande sala - comedor con vista al mar, el depa está de lujo y muy moderno, cuenta con todo para pasarla de lo mejor, estacionamiento con vigilancia las 24 hrs, de seguro si me vuelvo a quedar en mis proximas vacaciones en Mazatlan. Gracias por todo!!! Saludos!!!

Beautiful, quiet condo by the sea

This condo was very quiet. Private beach. Pool was very rarely being used so we had it to ourselves. Access the the golden zone was very easy by pulmonia or back of a pickup. Walmart was close by to stock things for the condo. We took advantage of the laundry right in the condo. This was very convienient as we got to go home with clean clothes instead of a huge pile of dirty to deal with when we got home. All and all I would highly recommend to anyone looking.

Great! Loved the heated swimming pool!

Nice condo for 2 people. Very quiet and a beautiful long beach to walk on. Really enjoyed the balcony, as it was long and has few different sitting areas which we used all of the time to enjoy morning coffee and beautiful sunsets. A bit of a distance to the Golden Zone however , the buses and palmanias are very accessible to get around. The condo itself could use some more cooking pans and sheets to bake things. I would recommend this condo to others.

Absolutely beautiful property, amazing pool, very clean, great location.

The condo was beautiful it had a huge deck with spectacular views; we watched many sunsets. There was a large master bedroom and the ensuite had a massive shower. The facilities were awesome with an infinity pool, hot tub, steam room. The staff were very polite and the administrator Gil was very helpful in many ways. It was so easy to find transportation, taxi's, bus, red truck, pulmonia so getting around was no problem. Enjoyed this holiday immensely would definitely would go back.
