The way to the airport was fine, but upon our return, we called the number provided to let them know our flight had been delayed (call at 9:06PM) and to make sure we’d still be okay for the shuttle. Then, when we landed, we called again before midnight (11:14PM). We told them we were there and needed to be picked up. They said we had to be outside.
