"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"The hotel is brand new and the rooms are refreshed with all the amenities needed to enjoy Goa. In a great location and very much enjoyed the professional and very excellent staff. Loved the warm welcome and amazing customer service, care and help from Michele, Prashant and Pranish. A beautiful place with a team that makes every experience positive! Will be back again. "I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. "Wonderfully comfortable guesthouse in an oasis of calm, but also a great location, close to the main streets for eating and shopping. Run by a great host who can arrange taxi-tours and is very knowledgeable about local sights. I would recommend this lodging without hesitation."

"We had an awesome experience at the Grand Hayatt this month. The dinning folks ( Akash, Rahul, Saurav, Suvrana, Saloni and Eloni amongst others), Vikash who helped and guided us through the stay and Raju who drove us around Goa. Thank you all for an awesome experience. There were a lot more folks whose names I don’t remember. "

"Currently traveling around Inda, wanted to visit the City. Hotel is in a great location, a little tired but served us perfectly! Plug socket was coming away from the wall & so was the sink but bed was comfortable and room was clean."

"We had an excellent experience. Property is amazingly beautiful and way to reach the hotel is quite easy. It is located at the center which makes both North and South goa easily accessible."

"Hotel is pretty good, not too far from Mapusa Market. Very polite staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed the south indian breakfast. If you are not used to south Indian breakfast, you have an option of different style of eggs, cereal and fruits. The only drawback is the wifi system. We could not get wifi in our rooms. Telephone is not provided in the rooms. If for some reason your cell phone has a problem, you have to go thru Reception to make a call. Boshan Hotel...
