"Built in 1895, the exterior architecture is stunning. Beautiful outdoor space and sitting area. A coffee bar that converts to a liquor bar at 6. Spacious historic guest rooms with fireplaces and unique decor. And the staff is amazing! I felt like a guest in their home. "

"The room was clean. The beds are too small for a couple to sleep comfortably.Staff was nice. The hotel was under construction, which started at 8 AM. There is free parking and the continental breakfast was pastries,juice coffee,and apples. No ice machine. Burger King and McDonald’s are basically next door. "The Hotel Chelsea was a fantastic stay. I was able to check in early, which was really appreciated, and my request for a room with a bath was accommodated without any issues. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...
