"I travel often and across many countries and cannot remember a hotel I have enjoyed staying at more, from the fast efficient check in and check out, food quality and variety covering local and international cuisine, but most of all the service. Every person we came into contact with was interested in us, where we were from, welcoming us to their country, and so helpful, asking if they could do anything to help us, truly different to most hotels nowadays, but very welcome and sets the hotel above...

"Probably the best hotel in its category in this part of Delhi. Breakfast and dinner was included and food was of was good quality and options changed daily. Security guard present which made you feel secure. Location was good too. A few minutes walk to the metro. Close to a main road so hiring scooters etc was easy and easily accessable by taxi for Uber. Also near a mall and with cafes restaurants if you didn't wish to venture far for Neal."

"To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well. "

"SCAM! DONT BOOK!I payed 40 dollars for 2 nights via online booking. When I arrived they just kicked me out. They said they dont wanna have any foreigners in their hotel. I told them that I want my money back. All of a sudden 2 more guys appeard and told me if I do not leave now they will beat me to death!"

"We don’t even pass the reception counter. Due the personal does not accep my reservation code. Keept seing that booking APP has a diferent aceptación code. I tilde him my reservation was made by Hoteles.com But he does not recognice the information in the reservation confirmation. Not by the Code, either my ñame or the bank payment confirmation. Ir i wanted a ron i must Pay for new reservation and of curse there was no refundes because they didn’t accept the original payment"
