I am not someone who does negative reviews. However, I highly recommend you do not book this property as I am in the middle of a battle with both them and Expedia (who I also would suggest you don’t book with) for charging us for a family room and not providing it. The property itself is beautiful. Rooms are just ok, nothing special. Service is ok. There is none on the beach and they act like you are inconveniencing them when you request a drink or food at the bar. For the cost, one would expect much better service. Be careful with the food - it is mediocre and my son experienced food poisoning from their shrimp - it lasted 48 hours and ruined much of his trip. As for the thievery, we had booked a deluxe room, with Expedia, and then our adult son decided to join us. The deluxe room was just over $500.00. We upgraded through Expedia to the family room so there would be 2 double beds. We got into the room at 6:00pm and it was a bed and couch. We did some research on the website and discovered that we were not even in the villa that held the family rooms. I contacted Expedia right away because when I book with them, hotels always tell me I have to deal with them. I was in a chat with them for about an hour. They made a call to the hotel and were told the office they needed was closed and they would have to call back in the morning. Expedia asked for pictures of the room. I provided them. Both the hotel and Expedia are refusing to refund the 275.00 we paid for a family room.
