Beautiful HOUSE just a few meters from the beach and the sea in Mattinata Gargano

If you’re interested in spending your vacation in a new and very charming home, just a few meters from the beach and the sea, nestled in the typical Mediterranean scrub landscape, this is the perfect choice for you.

In Mattinata, on the Gargano, we’re renting a beautiful 40-square-meter THREE-ROOM APARTMENT, located on a lot bordering the beach.

You can easily reach the sea on foot in JUST A FEW SECONDS.
It takes almost longer to write this than to actually do it.

The three-room apartment has been recently renovated; in fact, the furniture is brand new, as are all the systems and fixtures.

It is also equipped with air conditioning.

The maximum capacity is 4 people.

The interior is laid out as follows: an entryway with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a very spacious, roomy, and comfortable bathroom.

You can choose to enjoy your meals indoors or comfortably outdoors.
The house features a large covered outdoor veranda, a garden, and outdoor space.

The house has a reserved outdoor parking spot, just a few meters from the house.

Natural surroundings: the typical greenery of the Mediterranean scrub (olive trees, citrus trees, and plenty of other greenery), caressed by the sea breeze and the scent of the sea.

On the same property, just a few meters from the sea, there are two other independent accommodations available:

- HOUSE (35 square meters + indoor patio, private terrace for exclusive use, covered outdoor veranda, and very large garden), accommodating 2 people and, if desired, one child.

- TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (28 sq m + covered outdoor veranda and very large garden), also recently renovated, accommodating 2 people—ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.

Both homes have been recently renovated and are very cozy and comfortable.


PRICES are listed in the “RATES SECTION” of the listing.

EXPENSES/UTILITIES ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST:
- air conditioning, electricity, gas, water.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO BE PAID:
- Tourist tax: 1 euro per day for guests aged 10 and older (up to a maximum of 14 days; no charge thereafter).

If you bring a pet—provided it is small—there is a one-time fee of 50 euros.

IMPORTANT:
Bed linens and bath towels are the only items you’ll need to bring yourself.
If you would like us to provide them, the cost is 20 € per week, regardless of the number of guests, with a weekly change on Saturdays for stays of more than one week.
In that case, please specify this when making your reservation; otherwise, we’ll assume you’ll bring them yourself.

During the months of May, June, July, August, and September, the minimum stay we require is 1 week (check-in and check-out are on SATURDAY).

During the rest of the year, you can rent the house for shorter periods and check in or out on days other than Saturday.

The beach in Mattinata consists mainly of small pebbles.

Both a public and a private beach are located near the house.
In the summer, we also run a BEACH CLUB with a bar and small restaurant, so if you’re interested and book in advance, you’ll also have the option to use beach equipment (1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs) at discounted rates depending on the season:

MAY: 80 € per week
JUNE: 100 € per week
JULY: 100/120 € per week
AUGUST: 150/180 € per week
SEPTEMBER: 100 € per week
(as long as the beach club is open)
