Lovely home, great layout, huge screened in lanai. Excellent location in Matlacha - easy walk to "downtown" . It could use a little more kitchen equipment (plastic cups, mugs, spatulas, etc). The listing said coffee maker which turned out to be for keurigs so that would have been nice to know in advance as we had already purchased ground coffee. Also, the lanai furniture was not very comfortable and could use more cushions at least. We really enjoyed our stay here and would def book again. (A note to this and all vrbos - please leave an adequate amount of toilet paper. We promise not to steal it or use too much :) This is the second rental we have stayed at that provided barely enough and yup, we ran out on the last day and had to purchase more. This is not to criticize this rental but it seems to be a common practice, as I said we have run into this before.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is located in a very quiet community surrounded by friendly neighbors. Daily walks were a pleasure and sitting outside in the Florida room were very pleasant. Carmen was attentive and responded in timely fashion if we had need to contact her. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy, gas, and many restaurants a very short drive away, so quite convenient. The island itself has several boutiques, a bar and grill, and a nice little breakfast/lunch restaurant - all within easy walking distance. The home was quite comfortable for us and is really well stocked with kitchen items. We had really no issues and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great house for boaters

This home has an amazing location closeto Perfect Cup, Blue Dog and the boat ramp. Boat lift makes docking stress free, ample parking for trailer. Pool is not large but perfect size for quick dips and small children. Host is very attentive. Simple home for easy vacations.

Great location, but needs a few things

The house was very clean. The boat dock and boat lift was wonderful. The pool was great. Easy access to open water by boat it is a great location! The downside would be the living room drapes are see-through, you can see right in the living room at night.The living room furniture is very uncomfortable! The spare bedroom needs a new bed in it. It has trundle bed with a real thin mattress. If you’re gonna do any kind of cooking, bring some pots and pans because they have very small ones and they’re very thin, and the washing machine is very loud!!

Boater's paradise!

Property was clean and modern. Boat lift was a great convenience with ample parking for truck and trailer- Community is charming and friendly, within walking distance to shopping and food! A perfect cup is a must for breakfast!

Nice place

Establishment was nice, clean and quiet. Far enough off the main drag to avoid the hustle of everyday activity, but close enough to be convenient. Very good comminication with manager/owner. Overall a very pleasant, relaxing experience.
