"My booking was for two nights, but we only stayed one night due to the hotel’s poor conditions. The room was dirty, and the mattress sheet had what appeared to be blood or wine stains.We requested the front desk to change the sheets. The floor was very noisy, with a group of students staying on the same floor who were screaming and slamming doors until mid night. The hotel staff was not helpful, and communication was difficult as housekeeping staff did not speak English. Although we paid for...

"Rooms oversold. Arrived at 1 am. To one bed for four people. This cannot happen without apologizing and some effort to make it right. "

"The Hotel was clean but there was some area that needed some improvement and be more clean, for example the room was clean but the bathroom has flush problem my wife could not sleep because the toilet water kept running and flushing by itself every 2-3 minutes. Further more the vent looks disgusting. The pool was crowded, dirty, and had foggy water. Along with that the rooms were not isolated, which was very disturbing since you can hear a lot happening around the room."

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in the area! The rooms had stained bedding and towels. There was supposed to be a mini fridge and a microwave in the room and it wasnt there. The staff was extremely rude everyday. The breakfast was only cereal with warm milk. The hottub was yellow and when we told the staff the didnt even care it was gross. Very bad experience!"

"I can look last an outdated building. However the stairwell had a strong urine smell. The pool is advertised as indoor but when we arrived it was closed due to being a seasonal pool. The person that checked us in barely spoke a word to us. The jet tub in the room didnt work, the AC barely worked and leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast consisted of sticky muffins, cereal bars, juice and coffee from a dirty coffee machine. I recommend finding a different hotel. Its not worth the headache."

"We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice."

"The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room."

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

"Room was spotless. Recently refurbished and cleaned to an extremely high standard daily. Lots of fresh towels, replenished daily. Strangely, the tap had to be run for a good few minutes before any hot water would flow. Not sure if this was a room (425) or hotel issue.Also, out of the 6 pillows provided on the two queen beds, only one was remotely comfortable. The rest felt like they were filled with rolled up socks. "
