"Absolutely love this property and it was EXACTLY what i needed after a week long trek up Kilimanjaro. Very relaxing atmosphere with a health-vibe. Masseuse on premises made it very convenient. The food menu at restaurant was also very good. Location is very close to Moshi town (about 15min drive - though if you stay here, you really dont need to go into town - Moshi is very disappointing). Only con was the very spotty wifi. "

" We stayed at Chayna Lodge for 2 nights before we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. The staff was amazing, especially Omar. He was so kind and helpful for our entire state. When we left to hike mountain, they were kind enough to hold onto our luggage and put our personal items in a locked safe. The property is beautiful and well cared for. the breakfast buffet was great and included an omelette station. I would definitely go back and visit. "

"Rigtig hyggeligt hotel, med en god historie, retro look. Rent og fint. God traditionel mad, i rigelige portioner. Fantastisk beliggenhed med flotte udsigter. "

"Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber "little complaints" wurden umgehend beseitigt, alles in allem okay. Toller Blick auf den Kilimanjaro, Essen guter Durchschnitt, besser in tans. schilling zahlen, da schlechter Umrechnungskurs, für gel. Stromausfall oder eingeschränkte Duschmöglichkeiten kann man nicht das Hotel verantwortlich machen- ist eben Afrika. Eweng ab vom Schuss, aber dafür ruhig. Für Moshi m.E. eine zufriedenstellende Wahl."

"Was here for a week. Mostly it is a bus tour/start of hiking hotel, but I was there for family reasons so maybe experience differently. Staff and service are amazing. John the driver and Dorothy stand out. Very clean and accommodating in terms of the infrastructure. Great (unheated) pool and lovely bar. I really enjoyed the food. Breakfast (included) was awesome. It is not quiet because of the roads, so if that is an issue stay elsewhere, but overall I really enjoyed my stay at Panama Gardens....

"Brubru Lodge is amazing. The rooms are beautiful, the pool and garden is so clean and pretty. We had an amazing stay. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner one day there it was really good as well. Its possible to get a transfer to the airport but it was quite expensive (70 dollar). To the main centre of moshi it takes you 25minutes by feet. It’s a perfect place to relax. "
