"We were staying close by for the British Masters at the Aquatic Centre. The accommodation was only 20 min walk to the centre. They were very good in allowing us to leave our cases with them when we arrived early. They also managed to let us into our room slightly earlier and upgraded our accommodation. We had a comfortable weekend and were pleased with all of the facilities."

"Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!"

"Uncomfortable bed which was bolted together incorrectly, so kept scratching my legs on the screws. There was a bedside lamp but the flex wasn't long enough to reach the plug socket. Ther were 2 of us staying but inly 1 mug supplied. Very noise due to the close proximity of the traffic and people slamming doors. Shower heads were dirty and the water pressure was very poor. Fridge door didn't close properly"

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"As a group travelling with kids for sports activities, we really appreciated this beautiful english house. Although the bedrooms can accommodate around 14 people, please note that the dining room table can seat around 8-9 people, as well as 2 at the bar. Very practical are the 3 wc-showers available and the 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The host was very helpful and the house corresponded perfectly to the description."
