"A lovely, cosy little oasis hidden in the back streets of the town, but just a 5 min walk to the heart of Bastide Saint Louis, and only 20 mins walk to the medieval Cite. Rooms nicely decorated, apartment very clean and well kept, kitchen well supplied, and with an excellent shower! Two supermarkets within 5 mins walk too, which we found very helpful. Recommended."

"Beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped spacious apartment in a perfect location between the Cité and Bastide — cafés and restaurants just steps away. Yes, it’s a little dark and one bedroom faces the street, which does mean you can hear some traffic noise, but those are small trade‑offs for the charm, comfort, free parking, and very friendly host. "

"As other guest say the balcony is wonderful, and really enhances the space, which is quite tranquil. But also the location is very special. 10 minutes walk from the railway station, and six days a week within 5 Minutes walk from old town restaurants and shops. It is in a residential street to expect normal noise from other residents. Overall excellent. "

"Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!"

"This house is located perfectly in Carcassonne in the city center and close to the fortress. The accomodation is spread over a couple of floors and was relatively cool despite the heat wave (over 40 degrees) in the city, also thanks to the fans provided.Minor drawback: Arriving 15 min after check-in time, the cleaning staff still needed 15 min. Luckily, they allowed us to drop our luggage, so we did not have to return with the car in the very narrow street. The nearby car park Gambetta can be...

"Perfectly positioned,lovely property, easy walking to both the old city and the modern one. Access to supermarkets(by car) and small shops by foot. Martine obviously lives her home, as a host she was perfect, available if needed but not intrusive. The pool is a big plus if you have teenagers. "

"Lovely little bungalow, tastefully decorated, in a quiet residential area. Very well equipped. A car is a must though. Ten minutes from the airport. Five minutes to a big supermarket and shops. Easy drive to Le Cité and downtown Carcassonne. Easy access to motorways too. "
