VILLA SERENA is located in the residential area of S. Agata sui due Golfi, on the main square. It has a parking space, a private swimming pool (7m + 3, 1.20 deep), large terraces for sunbathing and garden with barbecue. Free Wifi throughout the Villa. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. During the duration of your stay you will have towels and sheets.
The villa is on two levels. Entering by a French style entrance you find yourself in a large hall on the ground floor, where each space is conesso through the large arches. The lounge has two large sofas and a chair placed in front of a fireplace that will warm your evenings. In this area you have available the TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a stereo with radio, in addition to free wifi available throughout the villa. Behind the living room is the dining area with a table for 10 people.
From the dining area leads to a well-stocked kitchen, with 6 burner gas stove, an electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker pod or mocha and a small table for 4 people. The villa must be down 4 steps to be in a well maintained garden, with fruit trees, olive trees and plants typical of the Sorrentine Peninsula. The gardens and private terraces through a french door leads to the interior.
