"Spencer was just OKAY. Positives - Price and location. Negatives - Omly 1 chair in the room, tiny lobby, small room, basically not very comfortable."

"Stayed here while husband was in hospital, very convenient and close to University hospital. Price was great. Only problem I had was my TV wasn't working properly, told the front desk but didn't receive any help with it. It didn't really matter as I was only there to sleep. Room was clean."

The room was large, but all 3 light sources were clustered near the door with only 1 of the 3, a table lamp, in the bedroom. There were 4 comfortable chairs and a small table, but with no light any where near any of them we could not read or play a card game. We never saw a human rep in the hotel or outside. A sign indicated a restaurant, but, other than an empty outdoor patio, we saw no evidence of it. This was...

"Had an excellent stay on the ground floor. There is easy access to the parking area via several doors. Checkin was quick, nights were quiet, and the breakfast buffet was decent along with choices of juice and coffee. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby, so location is outstanding, but you do have to drive. I would definitely stay again."

"The suites are absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious, clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this property."
