"I would not recommend this place. The loft was dirty when we arrived, dirt on the rug and black hairs in the shower and in the bed . The room was also about 80 degrees . We were running late for our meeting due to traffic so couldn’t address this at the time. At about 11:30pm we came back and just got our things . I sent the owner a message and asked for some kind of refund . I get that the place is old but at least make sure it’s clean . So now we were exhausted from the drive and the training...

"Had to ask for pots and pans, no way to clean them. One of the stairwells smells like rat piss. I would never bring a corporate retreat there. Hidden cleaning and electric bill fees. The hood range for the stove top did not work. Price was right though "

"Their breakfast was tiny prepackaged muffins and cereal bars. Ran out of coffee and never made more and it was only until 9:30 on weekends which they do not tell you when you check in. Staff not friendly and everything you ask was "I don't know ". Rooms had terrible odor and dirty towels and sheets had an old musty smell. No elevators which is not told to you and my husband has bad knees and we had to lug our luggage up and down steps "
